function needs to be come first.
Unfortunately like the other buyer I bought two of these based on looks. The product functions well for the most part. However, when you drop this kind of money on a toilet you want to not have to be replace parts all the time. The lid for both of the toilets broke within 10 days. It is of very poor design and very thin. I've replace it twice at $50 each. ps: As with these more European looking toilets it's a slightly complicated to install. It requires all the plumbing to be inside the wall, so there's no shut off valve on the outside, FYI.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. low quality lid and seat, very poorly designed and expensive to replace.

Bought this toilet solely on look. And there is nothing more than a look. Should know better and buy a TOTO. Not recomended.
