After an arduous two day ordeal with the freight company (but great support from Overstock's customer service department), I finally got my Four-piece PVC Wicker/ Steel Outdoor Settee Group. It is beautiful, even nicer than I expected! I got the Honey Yellow color and it is exactly as I had hoped it would be - not too yellow, not too orange - just a nice light golden brown. As others have mentioned, the furniture is small. My brother-in-law will not like it. But I find it to be very comfortable, and since most of my friends and family are smaller people, it is perfect for my needs. I have this furniture sitting in direct sunlight so I will write again in a few months to let you know how it weathers with the relentless Houston heat. (Today's high is expected to be 98. Ugh....)
Good construction. Sturdy. Smaller than it appeared on-line. The 2 seat piece has a low back but still can seat 2 average-sized adults. The chairs are larger and more comfortable than settee.
Within a few days of placing my order, the freight company called and scheduled the delivery between 4:00 & 8:00 p.m.- Perfect. The driver was courteous and assisted me in opening the container. The driver couldn't wait for me to unpack everything; however, he gave me instructions on what to do if I found anything damaged after he left. I got everything out and carried the items from my drive in the front of my house to the backyard in (1) hour, by myself. It did take me longer to cut up the card board to dispose of it. There will be a pallet to dispose of. The chairs and love seat are very comfortable and beautiful (I choose black) and it is steel frame and resin. The birds have baptisted it and I have had to wash it down without any problem. We had 50 mph winds last night and none of the furnture moved.
I just received this set in chocolate. The color is beautiful - definitely more like milk chocolate than the color shown on my computer. It's very well made and looks like it will last forever. There's no wobble in the chairs or table - simply gorgeous!
