Exactly what I needed and a great price. The ladder is terrific but the delivery service beats it to death prior to arrival. I had to order a 2nd ladder and return the first - the 2nd also arrived beat up but not as bad as the first. I guess you get what you pay for in shipping!

The ladder is great except for the upper steps. These steps tip backwards slighlty and it can throw off your balance easily. Even though I was aware of this, I fell off the ladder when the step tipped and I was not able to recover my balance. I got busy on the ladder and the fact that the steps tip backwards slipped my mind and I fell off. Be careful. If using the lower two steps the ladder works great.

The ladder is a little unsteady in the locked position, but It does work fine, it is however, very heavy. I'd go for an aluminum if I had it to do over again.

We needed to replace a rickety old wooden ladder. We had someone install closet systems in our home and saw that he had a step ladder which looked much sturdier than our wooden one. We looked on Overstock and found this ladder. It shipped fast and was packaged well. We opened it and compared it to our wooden ladder and both agreed this one was so much better. It's sturdy and you feel much more confident when on it that it's not going to keel over. It's a great height for reaching light fixtures to change bulbs and windows to install curtain rods. Highly recommend.

Because i had trouble standing on the top of a 2 step ladder I purchased this one, thinking it wouldbe more comfortable than a flimsy aluminum ladder. The came .... free shipping is worth what you pay for. ... the carrier left it outside my apartment building and this huge bulky box was difficult to navigate stars with. But the ladder sllipped out to thje box and was fully assembled. It is easy to climb and although it feels a little light 'side to side, it is study once you step on it. Folds to a managable space for storage and the top rung is wonderful to put the stuff you are moving fom high shelves. I like it a lot

This ladder was great unitl the last step. I am 185 pounds and standing on the 4th step, the ladder is pretty shakey. It isn't going anywhere in that it is rated to 330 pounds, but you have to move pretty slow on that last step. Construction is descent. We had to bend the latch that prevents the steps from folding up while you are on it a bit. The latch kept poping out and the steps would fold while you were climbing up! A pair of pliers solved that problem.

I did some research for an indoor step ladder that didn't look too industrial and was suitable for the residence I work in. I am only 5'1" so I was very happy to find a four step ladder. This ladder is very sturdy when it is completely opened up, and the bar at the top of the ladder really helps keep my balance. This is a great ladder and I am sure I will get a lot of use out of it. It also folds up almost flat for easy storage.

I noticed that the crown molding in my bedroom was looking very dusty above my air purifier and this necessitated purchasing a step ladder that went higher than the one I then owned and gave me confidence in its stability. The Four Step Foldable Kitchen Ladder met all expectations. It got me high enough to reach the crown molding and was completely stable. Now I have clean crown molding and I prefer this step ladder to my other one because it is not in the least shaky!

The step ladder is very sturdy even at the top step. I do professional decorating for holidays & this step ladder takes the place of 2 other ladders I have been using that were bulky & difficult to move around. Shipped very fast! Heavy duty ladder just what I needed. Can use for cabinet shelves access and changing lightbulbs. I like using the top step for tools,etc. Very sturdy, no problems with sliding on vinyl floor or rug. Also easy to store.

The steps don't lock so it's a bit wobbly, I don't feel it's safe for most people.

I am afraid of height and usually feel like I am going to fall off of the thin step ladders. But this ladder has four large equally wide steps giving me a stable feeling underneath my feet. Being able to stand on the fourth step allows me to reach the tallest areas without stretching and over reaching. I have 9' high ceilings and have used this to clean the top cabinets in my kitchen comfortably. And I can still lift and maneuver this product by myself. So far, I am very happy with it.
