The handles unscrew from their base after a couple of uses, they turn on and off very hard, not smoothly like every other faucet I've ever used. The hot water side drips and has to be slammed off several times to get the dripping to stop. The cold water side does the same thing but not as bad. I am completely unsatisfied. The worst part is that because of a delay in getting my countertops installed, we didn't install the faucets until over 30 days after receiving them. So overstock.com wouldn't take them back. This is my first and last purchase from them!!!

These are a waste of money, they leak, infact they are so bad that one broke...we are returning this hopefully overstock will give me my money back.

The finish chrome flaked off during installation for both faucets ordered. The product is made mostly of plastic and has very poor workmanship. I would not waste the time with this product because the installation is time consuming and the finish is not good enough to make it through the installation. I tried to save a buck, but ended with an all day project and headache.

Overall the quality is good and I like the finish - the handles are a little more delicate than I expected so that's the only thing I don't like.

We were so excited to almost have our bath completed--the last thing was to replace our faucet. This faucet is beautiful, however, what should have taken an afternoon has taken more than 2 days and we still aren't sure if the faucet is going to work properly. The instructions were not at all clear and the workmanship was horrible--the inner workings of one of the knobs broke while being installed. Unfortunately, many trips to the hardware store did not end with a satisfactory solution. We do not recommend this particular faucet. We must say, though, that Overstock went above & beyond any expectations when it came to excellent service!

They look great! I've had them now for about 3 weeks and what a difference they made in the bathroom. They work well and look great!

I received this faucet and it was damaged. On the arch of the spout there were brown spots, like something spilled on it and there was a small chip at the bottom of the spout. The finish is very "brushed" so it's not that bright copper thoughout. It's looks like it's made well and if it wasn't damaged I probably would have kept it. I'm ordering a completely different faucet because I don't want to take my chances withtis one again.

The faucets leak and have flimsy construction. Not at all worth the frustration. The look is nice but the quality stinks. I wish I would have purchased local.

We are very happy with this purchase. The faucets look really nice on our double sink vanity. I was pleasantly surprised at the value vs quality and am glad to recommend them.

They look OK. We'll see if they work when hooked up to the water pipes. What more can I say.

Awesome! I have never slept better!! I highly recommend it especially if you do not want to invest in a brand new matress!
