This faucet is excellent, I saw this same faucet for over $300 in stores and I have to tell you that it was very easy to install. Well worth the price and it looks amazing with my copper sink.

I looked for 2 years to find the exact faucet I wanted in my kitchen and I could not believe my eyes when I found this one. It was the best of both worlds copper and a pull down faucet and the best thing I could afford it. The only thing that was a disappointment was the faucet holder. It will not stay attached. The attachment design is flawed. The attachment hole is not deep enough to support the extension. So it will not stay on the faucet. It is not totally necessary but it changes the overall look.

The product showed up as being offered at 80% discount price. That's what attracted me. But that should have been a sign for me to stay away. It looks nice out of the box. But that's where the nice-ness ends. I've used the faucet for almost 3 yrs now, and here are the problems that I encountered in the first couple of months: (a) The red-and-blue plastic of the level popped out just after a week. (b) Turns out the head of the faucet is not bult of brass, rather it's cheap plastic. And its "shower" mode has tendency to get stuck. (c) The metal clamp that is supposed to keep the faucet in place is too loose. I've tried everything possible, but it always comes back to right in the middle. And since I have a dual sink, it means the water walls over the wall between the sinks. (d) The spring neck is only for looks. It really isn't much flexible at all! (e) After a month's use, suddenly the faucet's neck got loose and just popped out. A super tiny screw (just one screw) is supposed to hold it in place! If you want a faucet just for the looks, this is it. If you expect it to be functional as well. This is not your faucet!

Very happy with this faucet. Beautiful craftmanship and very good quality. Love the water pressure it generates.

Love it! Got it to go with a copper sink outdoors. It's best suited for a deep, wide sink. It feels very "hearty" when we use it.
