The faucet is big and chunky. Not as wimpy as it looks in the photo. I absolutely love it.

The faucet itself is beautiful but there was no drain assembly included. Ordered one from Fontain and the plumber said it would not work with the faucet. They sould include this fact in their literature. It has been nearly impossible to find the correct drain assembly. Why would a manufacturer make a faucet and not the correct drain?

Faucet is beautiful and well built but does not come with the drain. the drain adds an additional $70 making it not the best value for the money.

I had to have this faucet replaced TWICE due to scratches and buff marks on the ones I received. finally on the third try, I got one that was scratch/buff free. the return process seemed easy at first, but on the second return, it got more frustrating. All in all, they made it right. The faucet is beautiful. the only problem was upon installation...although fairly easy to install (my first faucet installation), although the directions provided were fairly useless, the faucet didn't sit steadily on the counter. with only one screw on the bottom of the faucet to hold it in place, it kind of wabbled when you turned on/off the faucet. I ended up having to use clear silicone to secure the faucet in place - this was never called for in the directions, but it just seemed like a potential solution - it has worked well and the faucet doesn't seem to going anywhere. At the end of it all, the faucet is beautiful, looks awesome with the sink i got on overstock.

We ordered this faucet and were very happy with it. I have done a couple of orders through Overstock. i can only say great things about my experience with this company and the products I have received.
