I am 52 years old and have been looking for these for years...they are just like the ones I learned to use when I learned to cook at a restaraunt I worked at when I was 18...they are PERFECT omelete makers.

As I live in snow country, I haven't been able try the set. I have a 15" X 32" griddle I'll set up in the Spring but have no doubt that the utensils will perform just fine. I've used that type before and had no complaints.

Great spatulas but I should have measured first because I did not realize they were oversized! They will last forever...I just need a place to store them.

nice product for the money. They work great on a flat surface grill top.
