This is a classic case of "act in haste." I wanted something for a wall in my kitchen and thought this looked great online. I didn't read the description carefully. The plates are not ceramic but thin pieces of painted metal. I think this has a value of about 1/2 of what the selling price is. Its ok but not what I expected.

After reading comments about this metal wall art piece being badly damaged during shipping, we were hesitant to order this, but we loved the design and feel of the scrollwork and hand-painted plates. To our great relief, it arrived damage-free securely contained inside a cardboard carton with 6 metal fasteners on the outside back of the shipping carton to keep the piece from moving. It took about 15 minutes to completely unpack and we were happy to see absolutely no damage to any of the metal plates!

This is a really nice piece. I like the colors although I do wish is was less green but it is still pretty. It is more lightweight that I thought which is good for something you are hanging on the wall. It is also very large substantial piece. Just looking at it you would think it was actual ceramic plates. I love it!

I am very pleased with this product. It goes very well on my brown mustard wall. It was somewhat hard to put up but I made and am pleased with the results. Would buy again and recommend to my friends.

I was skeptical to order this after reading the reviews, but once again O.com did not disappoint me! This is a beautiful finishing touch to the dining room of my Tuscan-styled home. I didn't even have time to build anticipation waiting for it - I ordered it on the 7th and received it on the a.m. of the 9th and all for only $2.95 shipping! BEAT THAT!!

I thought it might work (and very reasonably priced) in the dinning room. Ugly - the colors were "muddy" and the metal scroll work looked cheap. Even for the price - I couldn't hang this on the wall!

The color of the plates were not as described or pictured on the website. The item was sent back and I got charged for a return shipping fee. This I don't feel is right since Overstock misrepresented the product. Requesting to have return shipping refunded.

I have to admit I was so excited when I saw this item for the price. It had been everything I was looking for my kitchen wall. I opened the packaging and the colors were not the bright lively blues, yellows and whites depicted in the picture. It was dark, green and reds. Not bright at all. It is still a nice piece but I have to admit I was disappointed. I kept the piece because it still works with the color of my kitchen. If I had seen this piece in the store I would never had bought it. The picture was deceiving and I was disappointed.

This piece is extremely light weight and looks good on the wll, very hard to hang, at least for me. Because it is metal and my walls are painted, the piece leaves black marks if it moves. I had to repaint the wall in spots a couple of times while I was hanging the piece. All in all, this piece looks much richer than the price

Colors are off on what was delivered- I wanted the sunny lemon color, white daisys, lighter colors, I got the dark drab ones. I think this will have to be returned.

This is perfect piece to hang in breakfast nook or anywhere you want a patio theme. It arrived very quickly, in excellent condition, had helpful installation directions and materials plus it looks fantastic. We are very pleased. Note they are not real ceramic plates.

If you are looking for a dark metal piece that is forest green, brick red and mustard yellow and brown- this is the piece for you. If you are like me, and saw light blue, bright green, rose, bright yellow and white in the online photo....you wont find it here. It took me longer to unpack the item than it did to log on to get a return UPS form. The quality of the craftmanship and the style is beautiful, however colorwise this was a big disappointment.

I really liked the "overall" look of this art. The actual colors are much deeper and vibrant than expected. What appeared as mauve was deep red and soft green was dark olive. The plate on the end that appears to be an of-white was actually yellow. Aparently this picture was supplied by the manufacturer, because it is the same on all sites offering it for sale. Not the fault of "O". The colors did not go with my colors at all.
