This faucet looks beautiful. Only it has multiple issues. First off it came w/ bolts 3/4 inch too long. And since they were not threaded all the way they could not be cut down. Than the handles either can not be tightened because you then can not turn the faucet on, or you have to leave them wobbly.
We had a first rate master plumber working here and he knows a thing or two... he said this faucet is JUNK. But it is beautiful to look at. :(
This is a good product and I am very happy with it. It was a great price and it looks great. The only problem was that I ordered two and they only sent me one. I had to wait a week and half for my second one and it delayed my bathroom project for the same amount of time. I wasn't too happy with that.

DEPICTING THIS ITEM. HOWEVER, THE FIRST FAUCET THAT WAS SENT TO ME WAS OBVIOUSLY A RETURNED ITEM -- NOT IN THE ORIGINAL BOX, SCRATCHED, AND PIECES MISSING. . AFTER CONTACTING CUSTOMER SERVICE I WAS SENT A REPLACEMENT, BUT THIS CAUSED GREAT INCONVENIENCE TRYING TO GET THE PLUMBER BACK TO MAKE A SMALL INSTALLATION.

This is a good buy, but my only complain is that it was all scrached because of bad packaging; everything was out of the bags and elsewhere, so I was very disappointed about that and did not return it because it is more of a pain to do that.
