Had a leaking problem around the round base - called the customer service # provided & they sent an o-ring to solve the problem (we had to wait a month for the part). My plumber had a little bit of a hard time installing it (those allen wrenches are a pain to work with). So far, it's working well and looks great.
We just built a new house and I bought all of my faucets from Overstock.com. I bought the fontaine brand and this particular item is absolutely gorgeous. You couldn't ask for better craftsmanship and it looks so rich. No complaints whatsoever!
Looks great in oil rubbed bronze. Has double turn on/off valves to prevent leaks. Other similar faucets were $375 to over $500.
