The handles feel solid and substantial, not like the flimsy ones you'd get for the same price in the local home improvement store.

This is a nice looking lock but is made poorly. It might be fine for an closet lock, but for an entry it is unsuitable. There is a lot of play because of poor tolerances, the lever feels like it is very loose and there is no way to tighten up (it has bent tabs holding it together inside). The key got stuck in the tumbler the first time I put it in and I still have not gotten it out (even with oil, etc). It will go back to Overstock... Better to spend $20 more and get a Schlage Flair (similar line).

I purchased the entire line: the passage, privacy, keyed and dummy levers for the entire house. They look great, were easy to install and were a great value in the Satin Nickel finish I needed!
