Hand Shower doesn't work!
We installed the faucet and the hand shower does not work. We contacted the company and they told us that it wouldn't work and they said they would send out a replacement. That was a month ago and we haven't seen anything. We purchased this unit because of the hand shower feature. What a waste!

As advertised. Best Price.
We searched the web and looked at the "big box" stores, and found nothing as good for anywhere near the price. Styling met our preference, and we were able to get matching Fontaine vanity and shower faucets to redo our entire bathroom.

I'm always a bit skeptical buying a product online that I haven't previously been able to view in person, however, I was pleasantly surprised with this product. The quality is very nice. I'm one of those guys that likes to feel a bit of weight in my hardware. This product is substantial. It is well constructed and I am comfortable that it will last the test of time. My wife is an interior decorator and actually picked this product and was also very pleased with the quality and style.

The Roman Tub Faucet I ordered was exactly what I had been looking for in retail stores at a much higher price. Once the order was placed, it was delivered quickly and arrived in excellent condition. The style is contemporary and the quality is excellent.
