Customer Service???
I received a Fontaine faucet with two hot water cartridges. Left word @ Fontaine, they never returned call. Since I had already installed faucet, I attempted to purchase a cold water cartidge myself. Could not find one anywhere. If you're looking to purchase a Fontaine product, you'd better do your homework and try to find replacement parts first, in case you may need them in the future. Overstock also attempted to contact Fontaine without success. (Overstock replaced faucet with another brand).

I ordered this faucet with rush shipping. The faucet is a beauty and well made. I'm happy with the faucet but the shipping part. I've ordered many differnet products with overstock. All the other ones came with normal shipping but faster than I expected. But this one took full 7days to come. Never again, I'll be using rush shipping and not recommending to use one either. Don't waste your money on shipping. Other than that I'm pleased with the product.

Bathroom faucet
I just had this faucet installed yesterday and it looks awesome. Very good value for the price (i shopped around a lot) My only concern is that the pop up drain is plastic and the plumber pointed out the the plastic drains have a tendency to leak after a couple of years. Will likely have to replace the drain with a metal one....
