I was a little concerned about buying two matching lav sets online without actually seeing and touching the product . I was very pleased to find this particular faucet to be well made and as attractive as it looked in the picture. Directions for installation were a bit skimpy but I was able to install 2 sets in about 5 hours.

I just ordered 5 more of these faucets for the house remodel. From the finish, feel, and color of the bronze we could not find any other faucets that matched this look at the big O price. All others were $200.00 plus; these things are beautiful and are a TRUE ¿oil rubbed bronze¿ color. Dont know how anyone would be disapointed in this product.

I recently remodeled my bathroom. I ordered two of these faucets for my bathroom vanity, the matching tub faucet, shower set, and towel bar set. They are are very beautiful, and were a great price. There were a few small finish defects in the tub faucet and shower head. The main problem with these faucets is with the drain. It does not hold a seal. If you fill the sink with water, the water will slowly leak out. I bought a rubber drain cover, which solved the problem. However, the plumber said that the sealing ring on the drain was the problem. I bought my son a matching faucet, but it is one piece, and the sealing ring on his drain is different, and works great. So, overall I am pleased with the faucets, but disappointed in the poor seal.

Chose this faucet set for a guest bath remodel and it is lovely. It has not yet been installed but my contractor inspected it and thought its quality was good and that there should be no problems with the installation. Finish is beautiful. There are so many differnt oil-rubbed bronze finishes out there and this one is the real thing! Thanks for a quality product that lives up to its on-line description.

Very nice looking faucet, perfect color for our Tuscany inspired bathroom. Would love it except for the fact that the finish started coming off the drain ring and stopper about 7 months after we bought it. We have never used anything but water and very mild soap to clean it with. We are extremely disappointed.

I purchased these faucets for my master bathroom. The price was so good that I could get them for both sinks. They are absolutely beautiful; amazing for the price. We did have one small piece that broke but the company was great about replacing it very quickly with no questions asked. The faucets were a bit difficult to install but I expected that from reading other reviews. Now that they are in they look stunning.

This is a very nice faucet and a good value for the price -- I've seen similar faucets for a lot more money. The finish has more of a brushed appearance, but it looks good. My addition to the ongoing "ease of installation" debate: our faucet was installed by our friend who is a plumber and his only complaint was that the handle assemblies are double-threaded, so you have to start the nut on the first set of threads and then make the adjustment to the other -- this can be a challenge when contorted under the vanity, especially if you're not expecting it. But once it was in, it worked beautifully. None of the reported missing parts or leaks here.

We just built a new house and I bought all of my faucets from Overstock.com. I bought the fontaine brand and this particular item is absolutely gorgeous. You couldn't ask for better craftsmanship and it looks so rich. No complaints whatsoever!

Looks like high end fixtures, but at a bargin price. Very pleased with the product.

The finish was exactly what we needed to match other items in a basement bathroom. It wasn't easy to find a style and finish that worked, so it was nice to find one on Overstock at a good value. The finish quality is good, but the machining isn't quite what you'd get from a few other major brands. It's less noticeable in this finish than it would be in others though, and so is still a great value for the price.

the good: as other reviews commented, very rich color and heavy. Excellent final look and once installed works great.the bad: installation directions were horrible. the first time took several tries to get it right then after a 2 weeks, the flange broke off of the drain pipe. I called CS and was pleased to receive a new part within a week but it was the wrong part (design has changed for newer models and this is the old model). So another week of waiting for a new part. By the time I installed the new drain assembly, the gasket was torn up inside and I had to buy a new one (but of course I didn't figure that out until I installed and found a leak so I had to undo it again to install the new gasket).the ugly: I bought 2 faucets for a double vanity in our master bath. Both had leaks from the pop up drain lever assembly. A new plastic ring easily fixed it but it is a really inexpensive part. I would have expected the company to provide a better quality to begin with.I purchased these faucets at the end of November and am just now putting things back in the cupboards underneath (albeit I did take a week off from it over the holidays)

This looks really great ! however there were a few problems with it. had a broken valve and the faucet itself was not easy to install.

This faucet is very substantial, very expensive-looking, and very oil-bronzed!!! It is very dark in color and adds character to my newly updated bathroom. The only problem I had was that the hot handle came with a cold handle cartridge. I called the 800 number, told them of this error, and the correct part was shipped to me in no time with no questions and no problems. I saved money and time and am very much satisfied with the looks of this faucet. I'd recommend this to everyone who is looking for a very dark brown color faucet to complement your decor. I was very hesitant to purchase a faucet online but I was in for a nice suprise. Would have cost at least double in the "big box" stores. This is a quality, well made faucet. Very heavy, no plastic. Looks expensive and elegant in our remodeled bathroom. Installation instructions could have been better but I didn't hear my husband cussing so it must have been relatively easy. I will be purchasing two more when they are restocked.

First, drain component was missing two parts. Called number provided and they mailed them, but had to wait nearly a week to finish. Directions are meager at best. Drain assembly diagrams identifying parts did not match parts numbers on back side. Need more diagrams and instructions.

These are very heavy and substantial products. I think they are a good value for the money. No complaints so far!

I love the look of the faucet. The Venetian Bronze really updates my bathroom. Unfortunately, it took my husband hours to install. The instructions were very poor and unclear. He had to take it apart and re-install four times before he got it right, and yes, he has installed faucets before! Yet, now that it's in, I love it! I think it's a great value for the price if you can overcome the installation issues.

We bought two for our master bath and they are absolutely beautiful. They were easy to install (or so my husband says!) and are very heavy, quality faucets. The scrolled H and C on the handles is elegant and we are very, very impressed with the overall quality. Really made our remodel complete. And an excellent value, too.

Just loved it....very elegant and will fit perfect for the guest bath.
