We recently renovated our bathroom to look like a hotel like wet room with in wall toilet and TWO shower heads; the two shower heads were a luxury so my husband and I could have different temperatures. If you are not a plumber you need to have someone do the assembly. We have saudered many a copper pipe so assembly for us was not that terrible. Just make sure you have fully tested the assembly and fountain head before you cover and tile the wall.Someone mentioned removing the pressure regulator with a DRILL? NO! One of our shower heads did not have the correct pressure when tested so we used the online directions from MOEN (same build) to understand the parts. All we needed to do was unscrew the pressure regulator and put it back in. MOEN mentioned this issue can happen from time to time on new showers when the hot water and cold water initially run through the shower and jam the pressure valve; a good plumber would know this or do research on this before charging extra hours. The pressure regulator is fantastic because it ensures both shower heads always have good water. It is also great because you can flush the toilet and the TEMPERATURE DOES NOT CHANGE! You will have a little dribble after you shut off because of the extra water in reserve that is needed for this great little no temperature and pressure change trick. If you have ever had high end faucets you would know this from past experience.We enjoy our double headed shower every morning and these shower heads add to the illusion that we spent thousands of dollars on our bathroom. Overall, I am very happy with this set. I also purchased the bath faucet and accessories that match, and it all looks great in my bathroom. I didn't realize at the time of purchase that installing the new set would be as labor intensive as it was. My plumber had to cut into the drywall in order to replace the shower valve (our old Delta set's valve was not compatible). I thought it would be an easy switch out, but it wasn't. My plumber was able to find drain and overflow covers that match pretty well as this set does not include those items. Unfortunately, the money I saved on the set went to increased plumber expense. If I had it to do over again, I would've first tried to find a new set that was compatible with my existing shower valve.

We did a complete remodel of a master bath room that had a terrible case of 1985! I wish I could have bought just the shower head and controller. The tub spout is of no use to me, since I have a separate Roman bath. There is also no drain cover included. I guess that is normal, but what a pain when you are buying something other than brass or chrome. Hard to match. Also, before you mount the shower head, get creative with a drill and remove the flow restrictor, or your shower will be just drooling over you! Can't pry the thing out, but you can drill it out, and mine is now working fine.

I purchased 2 of these for my home last year. These look great, but my plumber had to remodel my rough plumbing to get these to work. After they were put together, when you turn on the tub, the shower leaks constantly. I had a professional install them. He charged me extra for all the extra time he had to spend installing.
