I have only twice in 7 years been disappointed by a purchase from Overstock.com. As I expected, these are lovely, exactly what I wanted, and at a good price. They make my bathroom look completely different and updated. Only just installed, so cant comment on how they wear but am happy so far.

I love the looks of these units, but have had trouble with them. I have bought 3 units in two different finishes for two houses that I have totally rehabed. They look just lovely, BUT there is some problem with the way they are manufactured. The units were installed by 2 different plumbers, but 2 of the 3 units have had a manufacturer's defect that cause significant leakage problems that caused extensive leakage between the walls after installation. There is something wrong with the bonding materials that they use to put the pieces together.If you do buy them, have the plumber take them apart before installing them and buy the necessary bonding material and replacement part before installing.

We just had this shower set installed last week and it looks stunning! It was the exact look we were going for and compliments our subway style tiles perfectly! Another great deal! Thank you Overstock.

We purchased the shower assembly and the widespread faucet too. It is just beautiful and very well made. I will definately purchase fontaine products again when we redo our other bathroom.

Beautiful! Very well made--love it, looks expensive. Color is very dark brown. Only negative was the Instructions were off according to my plumber. It took him longer than usual to install.

I love the look! Sturdy,good quality. My handyman could't handle the installment so I have the plumber here now. So I don't know how easy it will be to assemble. You will still to buy a rubbed bronze drain for the bathtub.

I am pleased with the overall appearance and quality of the product, but I have had the GREATEST challenge finding a tub and drain overflow with the same oil-rubbed bronze finish. I had no idea what else was needed until the plumber informed me that the set did not come with all the components required to install.

To be on the safe side, we had a plumber install this. It took him about 1 1/2 hours, and my husband, who did the rest of the re-model, said it was money well-spent. It is GORGEOUS and the "rainshower" has plenty of power to wash your hair -- unlke some "rainshower" showers. Very relaxing, and the perfect finishing touch on our now, "new" incredible bathroom!

The rainhead shower is gorgeous and really makes a statement. The tub faucet and handle work great and the finish matches the other Fontaine fixtures I bought perfectly. The faucet itself had a few small scratches on the base where it meets the wall, but these aren't noticeable after installation. My plumber spent more time installing this, as he needed to access the shower head from the back of it through the wall. He says it's a pressure control system, and he was right, as it didn't work properly until the water and water heater were turned on and running again. I would not recommend that an inexperienced do-it-yourselfer install this item. Also, I had to buy the waste and control covers separately, so they don't quite match these pieces, but they are close.

Great Faucet but the entire shower assembly needed to be gutted before this could be installed. Be prepared for some hefty installation costs. But its in and its very nice and elegant looking.

I purchased this set as well as the Fontaine Monaco Widespread sink faucet and am thrilled with both products. I hired a contractor to install the products and his first question was "how much did I pay for these," since he thought they looked very expensive. I can't speak to the ease of assembly but my contractor finished on time and had no complaints. The only issue we ran into was that the flange that covers the tile where the shower pipe comes out of the wall did not fit since we have very thick tile. I emailed a Fontaine representative and they sent me a different part that I was able to put on myself with no difficulty. I noticed some reviews complaining about the water pressure, but I did find that it is possible to remove the white plastic overflow cap very easily with a screwdriver, and the water pressure was very strong. I personally am thinking about putting the cap back on because it has more of a rain-like feeling with the lower pressure which I liked. I would highly recommend this product.

LOOKS GREAT, BUT NOT ALL THERE. I WAS NOT AWARE WHEN YOU ORDER A COMPLETE SHOWER UNIT THAT YOU DO NOT GET THE OVERFLOW DRAIN AND DRAIN STOPPER. NOW WE HAVE TO TRY AND FIND THE MATCHING PIECES BECAUSE WE HAD THE SHINY CHROME AND ORDERED THE RUBBED BRONZE. ALSO, OUR HOUSE IN ONLY 5 YEARS OLD AND THE WATER SPOUT COMES WITH THRED ON PLUMBING AND OURS IS CRIMP ON. NOT SURE IF THERE IS A DIFFERENCE IN OLDER VS NEWER HOMES OR NOT. MY HUSBAND NOW HAS TO ADJUST OUR PLUMBING (QUITE A JOB) BEFORE FINISHING THE INSTALL. OVERALL, MUCH MORE WORK THAN ANTICIPATED.

This was just what I was looking for to put in our new shower, however it was a lot of work getting it in (cutting out existing copper pipes and fitting in new pipes so it would work). That wasn't really a product issue, it was more of a plumbing issue, but it might take a while to get it up and running. It looks nice and the big shower head is great. Nice quality- you'll like it!

after several weeks of use the cold water side of the valve stopped working so i can not turn the water off and i have passed the return peroid so now i have to start over

The stylish beauty and superb craftsmanship of this in-wall tub/shower set is unbeatable. The value is even better. My plumber said he would check out Overstock himself. He was that impressed! I am pleased.

there were no directions, missing parts and to get the company to send replacement parts takes forever, if they ever send them. I have dealt with them for the past 6 weeks and nothing has been done. The faucet /showerhead is pretty, but now I wish I would have gotten a normal brand(delta, Am. standard)I will never buy from these people again
