We installed this faucet in a kitchen remodel 5 months ago. The finish is beautiful and is holding up very well. I clean it with white vinegar and baking soda - it gets all the hard water stains off and does not damage the nice brushed finish. The faucet makes an odd whining noise when turned on and does drip for a second or two after you turn it off, which is something other brands we've owned in the past have never done. It was annoying at first, but we got used to it. The sprayer works beautifully without making a mess - by that I mean that the spray is not too forceful (as in previous faucets) where it made a mess of the backsplash and counter every time I used it, and the soap dispenser holds a large amount of soap and dispenses nicely. Despite of the two little "quirks" I recommend the faucet highly.

The faucet is every well made. Actually made of metal, not plastic! I have not installed it yet (I am redoing a kitchen) but I am very pleased with the product. The last faucet I bought was plastic and I paid almost as much as I did for this one so I was pleasantly surprised with with the quality of my new faucet.

The first thing you notice about this faucet set is how heavy it is. The plummer was impressed with the quality of the set and it looks great in my kitchen. The only down side was instillation was complicated enough that we needed to call the plummer.

Just love this faucet - sturdy, easy to install and beautiful. Love the high arc, which makes it easy to use with big pots. Have a granite countertop and it fits in great with the look of it.
