I thought this product was wonderful. Not as easy to install per instructions (20 minutes)..perhaps for a plumber. Great quality for the price. Nice heft. Mesh wire lines. All metal spray handle. Would absolutely buy again!

I purchased this faucet as part of a budget kitchen remodel. It looked great, but about 1 year after installing it, the side sprayer started leaking. Every time we used the sink, we had to pull out the side sprayer and put it in the sink so it wouldn't get water all over the counter. Eventually, it got to the point where the water pressure to the faucet failed because all of the water was leaking out through the side sprayer. We did not do anything particularly demanding with the side sprayer to make it leak like that! After less than 2 years, we had to buy a new faucet and have the whole thing replaced.

I have been drawn to the Fontaine product line after ordering my first set a year ago. It was beautiful and I subsequently ordered three more faucets for other remodeled rooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Though they feel heavy and of good quality there will be a very strong chance of poorly functioning or broken parts upon arrival and installation. I've endeavored to have both the new but continually leaking side spray as well as the non-functioning hot water cartridge replaced through their purported "lifetime guarantee" only to be informed the parts are not available and the faucets are no longer in stock. Now, after spending so much money on these faucets and so much for my plumber to install them, he has to come back, disassemble them and I have to pack and send them back. Lesson learned. I ordered two other ** faucets from ***.com and will only buy *** products. Fontaine looks beautiful, but it's like an Italian sports car, gorgeous to see, beautiful to drive and expensive to park in the repair shop where it resides 80% of the time.

I would have given this 5 stars except it was missing a critical part. All attempts to receive a replacement part from the manufacturer have failed. It looks as if I will have to replace the entire unit or buy a completely mismatched sprayer.

The product is beautifully built and a great value, so what's the problem? My only reservation about the product itself is that like so many faucets the distance between the downspout and the mounting surface is only 9 inches. That's fine if you have a deep sink, but having had one where the opening was a few inches higher was a lot nicer. Now what about the problematic experience? I received a previously opened unit (not new). Customer Service gave me a partial credit and I installed it. It was defective. The previous purchaser had broken it and returned it. Overstock agreed to exchange it, but was out of stock. I had to pick another unit. It cost more, but Overstock picked up the tab and gave me a credit. However, one of my emails wasn't responded to and the whole process left me about nine days without water in the kitchen - no sink water and no dishwasher. As you can imagine, that wasn't pleasant. If I was paying a plumber to do this, it would have cost me double. Instead it was just three times the hassle. In the end, Overstock went out of their way to deal with the situation more than fairly (even if a little on the slow side). However, in the beginning they sent me a used and defective item that caused all this pain. So, given the overall experience. I think three stars is more than fair. You make the call.

The reason for only four stars is because the item arrived missing the sprayer head. A quick call to Fontaine and they sent us the sprayer head without any questions. However, it took several follow up calls and arrived a week later than originally expected. Customer service was friendly, but there seems to be a delay between the CS agent and the warehouse that led to the extra calls, thus the four stars. That said, the faucet itself is beautiful, came nicely packaged and is super heavy. A very good value for the money and I would definitely recommend this item.

Very solid, weight gives impression of quality. Easy to install and looks great on the sink. Handles turn water off and on with no dripping, sprayer works very well and has a good reach. Faucet arrived sooner than expected and the price was much less than equivalent faucets at the local suppliers. What more could you ask for, I definitely recommend this faucet.

This faucet is very nice looking and seems sturdy. We're having a problem with finding a faucet mount water filter that will thread onto the faucet, though. The threads must be very different. The PUR water filter and the DuPont water filter do not fit. This is frustrating! If you are NOT planning to put a faucet mount water filter on your kitchen faucet, then I'd highly recommend this faucet. Otherwise...buyer beware.

Id read the reviews and decided to go ahead and buy this faucet before my kitchen renovation got underway. Well i was very happy with how beautiful a faucet it is and when i compared it to my old faucet, WOW - what an upgrade! I cant stress enough the quality and the heaviness of the faucet and would recommend it to everyone. Oh dont let the low price fool you because it worth every dollar and more.

The product arrived in a timely manner. Within two hours my husband and son had it installed and working without a leak to be seen. We are happy with the faucet and it looks great.

This faucet is heavy, beautiful, and envy of everyone that has seen it! It came quickly as usual with Overstock. The only issue I had was trying to get the hot and cold handles to be put on correctly with the them turning in the right direction from side to front. It took a few tries but once it was done I forgot about all my troubles and was amazed at how nice it made the whole kitchen look. Love it!
