We had ordered a similar product about a year ago - but the widespread version. We were not disappointed with this item either. My husband is DIYer and had no trouble with the installation. It is heavy duty but elegant. ALthough the insert describes cleaning cautions, neither this piece or the other one seem particularly difficult to clean or nor are they prone to staining. The brushed nickel is holding up nicely. I have never heard of this manufacturer before shopping with Overstock so I was initially skeptical, especially since the faucet is much less costly than similar brand named items. This product is a nice addition to our remodeled powder room (and the widespread units are in our master bath). You will not be disappointed. The Overstock service is also A+++.

solid brass, nice weight, good finish only disappointment (as others mentioned) is the drain tailpiece which is plastic
