Installed myself. Relatively simple if you've done some plumbing before, otherwise hire a pro. No problems to speak of to this point. There is a low flow device in end of shower head (white plastic piece) which can be unscrewed with phillips head screw driver to increase pressure. Would recommend.

Very stylish. After shopping the big box stores found their quality inferior. Lots of plastic made to look metal. This set is very sturdy! No plastic. When shopping for this I found other reviews that said they had problems with handle. When tightened propertly with the enclosed hex wrench, there is no problem.

I have also written a review for the Fontain Pataglia shower/tub faucet set. Again, these look great on the outside, but that's where the quality stops. Internal bits are plastic and are under-sized. The "mixer" is so under-sized that I had to turn the water pressure way, way down because other wise when I wanted to run just the bathtub, water came out of the shower as well. These looks so great, I am so disappointed in the quality. Plus it is costing time and money to have to have my builder/plumber come back out and rip things up again to replace everything.

I got a great deal on this set, but we have a standard size shower and this set is really large and it looks a bit odd due to the size. Also, the shower pressure is very very low, I will try what another reviewer suggested and remove on of the pieces but I'm not very hopeful. It's a nice set if you have a larger than average shower and can figure out how to increase the flow.

Recently had my contractor installed this shower set and overall appearing is very impress. Until I turn on the water & the shower head water flow is very weak. Hope there is some valve that will change the water pressure or this set is just for the show.

For the price it is unbeatable. It looks really nice. I put it in my kids bath and it is working wonderfully. The only downfall is there hands are always leaving fingerprints on it, so I have to constantly clean it, but this is typical of any chrome product. It wasn't plastic at all, it was all brass.

we are trying to install the shower set, it looks great but we can not figure out how to increase the water preasure.

had this shower set installed 6 months ago. plumber installed it, he said it was no problem. it works great, shuts off easily, no drips. looks good. have seen similar look for much higher prices. would buy it again, very pleased with purchase : )

Love the look of this shower faucet and the quality of the materials is high-end, however the number of sprays creates a weak shower stream and the water flow control is tricky. You have to turn the shower handle to the center (horizontal center) just right to get the water to stop, otherwise it drips all day. Again, beautiful and the matching sink and tub faucets work well.
