Purchased this for our newly built home. Plumber had no problem installing it. Looks great. Bigger (shower head and handle) than I thought it'd be but it made the bathroom look very nice. We have great (too much I think) water pressure so water just flows perfectly. Bought the matching Fontaine faucet and accessory set and I am very happy with how the bathroom turned out. Oh, just one thing. This doesn't come with a tub drain so the plumber installed one for us. It would have been ok if it wasn't for the chrome color. So now I'm going to see if the husband wouldn't mind installing a brushed nickel drain for me :D

I purchased this for my sons bathroom. I am so glad I did the quality of the merchandise is outstanding and the finish is beautiful.

We received this product and the main value did not work. My contractor took it everywhere trying to figure out how to fix it. I called the support line a number of time and was told on numerous occassions that a new one would be shipped. This never happened. One time I was on hold 45 minutes and then was hung up on. It was a total nightmare trying to get any help. Overstock eventually replaced the fixture for us, but now this one has a totally different problem. I almost wonder if these are refurbished.

I bought this shower set for my newly tiled shower. Nowhere on the box or in the description did it say it was for 'thin walled showers' only. The Overstock description said it would fit most tiled showers. When our plumber discovered the face plate wouldn't fit over the valve we found out the valve was too short. In Overstock's description, it said it came with an extension - we never received this and now have to wait for Fontaine to send us one (no charge). It will now cost us extra money to pay our plumber to come out here again to finish the job. Normally I'm very pleased with Overstock but the fact this was missing the extension is costing me a lot of $$. Fontaine customer service was mixed. The first service person told us it was incorrectly installed (NOT true)..and then mysteriously hung up on us. The second service rep was absolutely wonderful and knew exactly what our problem was without us having to go into much detail. He was wonderful!

It is a very nice looking shower head, much nice than any Kolher, Delta or Moens that I've seen, but the assembly workmanship is horrible. IF you know a professional plumber, then this is a must buy, but If you are a DIY, like myself stay away. it is easier to assemble and put on, but the assembled valve is not done correctly by the company itself, so this product should be taken off the for sale list unless the valve is fixed. I can turn the water on, but it cannot be turned off. Obviously, I'm not the only person that had experienced this, but I'm the one who cannot afford a professional to fix it, therefore I had to return it and settle for a much more expensive and not as good looking one.

This product was worth the money. I love the brushed nickel. I will continue to buy from Overstock.com because of the quality of their products and their price.

This is such good quality, had purchased some others at a local store...more money.. much less quality. The tub spout alone weighed almost as much as the other 's whole kit. Wonderful look for my remodeled Master bath . Perfect!! My son installed it, he too was extremely pleased.

Very beautiful, well made - it is really going to dress up the bathrooms. I am very pleased with this purchase. Purchased it in the oil rubbed bronze as well. The nickel and the bronze look great. Haven't yet installed though.

This is a beautiful shower head but it was a nightmare for my contractor to install. Fortunately the company was very helpful in sending extra parts needed. However, you probably spend as much in labor to have it installed than if you purchased a more expensive, easier to install model. It does look great once it's in. Also the water pressure isn't the greatest so my contractor made the holes bigger with a drill which helped alot!

I've ordered from Overstock many times and have not been disappointed. This is surely a GREAT BUY for your home. Highly recommended!

I couldn't believe the quality. IT is pretty heavy and quality materials. I didn't install it, so I can't comment on the ease of install, but I am thrilled with it.

The brushed nickel has a very old look to it which is what I wanted. Wish the shower head allowed a more forceful water flow. Miss my old shower head. My contractor said this was a good product to install.

Have had a lot of comments about how great this shower head looks in our newly renovated bathroom. My husband did have some struggles putting it together, but he is not a plumber. He had to take it apart once because it didn't work when he turned the water on. It does feel like rain.....

I am in the middle of a bathroom remodel and the Fontaine installation has been frustrating! My contractor had to call the tech support line a few times as the valvue (escutcheon?) would not turn off. It was like the screws were stripped... noone knew a thing at the support center! It turned out to be a converter that was assembled (by Fontaine) backwards!!! What a nightmare... it was good that my contractor figured it out! if it were me, there would be no way! So buyer beware....somethings are better to be bought in store! thats another thing...... to send us a new part would have taken much time!

Although this looks great, it doesn't perform well. When wanting hot water, you only have a small area to do it. It is mostly cold on the dial.The pressure can not be changed either and the bath faucet is SO LOUDand splashes all over!! It comes out like a backyard spigot.Thank God my tub is deep or the water would be everywhere. I would not buy this again.

I purchased this item for my bathroom renovation, and it is beautiful. It did take my contractor time to redo the plumbing, and install, which could be him and not the product.

This is just a beautiful match with the other brushed nickel I ordered but I got all the Fontaine brand to keep the finishes similar. I'm not uncomfortable with mechanical things but this is a challenge for the novice. But it is well worth the trouble. The quality of the fontaine products is excellent and I would definitely order from this manufacturer again.
