I received the tub and shower set in badly damaged condition. the shower head was scratched and dented.The valve plate was like wise dented and gouged. The box containing the set was open and itself damaged with none of the individual parts separately wrapped. I am not even sure if all the hardware is present. It appears as if it was delivered to another unhappy customer who threw it into a box and sent it to me.I would have to think twice about ordering from Overstock again. Disappointing as the service has been great in the past.

Very disappointed in the quality of the shower head and on/off faucet in tub. The shower is extremely loud and noisy when the head is on, and the pieces are flimsy. These were expensive pieces and I am greatly disappointed in product. I am however pleased with Overstocks immediate reply to the damaged spout and replacement of the part!

Now they are installed the bathroom looks great. A similar shower set-up would have cost over $1000 at a plumbing supply store. I was worried ordering this online because sometimes the values won't match the rough plumbing in the wall, so I guess I lucked out. Did I say it looks great. Don't forget the accessories and sink faucet to match!

This product is great. We bought it for our bathroom remodel. Although my husband likes more powerful showerheads that make the water beat down on you, I don't.

I Love this tub faucet set. I purchased the oil rubbed bronze set for my master bath and then the brushed nickel for my guest bath that I recently remodled. This set is beautiful and contemporary. It does show water marks very well so you do have to constantly wipe down. That is the only draw back. I had the set professionally installed so I don't know how easy or difficult it is to install. It is sturdy, does NOT drip and is fantastic looking.

Received wrong itemt (wrong finish). Did receive correct item the 2nd time. The workmanship seems fine. Have not installed them so I can't write on how products is working.
