Fontaine Bronze Kitchen Pulldown Faucet with Soap

I purchased my Fontaine faucet several months ago after seeing an identical model at showrooms for over $400. We have the chrome version and have had no problems with it. We receive many positive comments from our friends and guests when they come over and of course we refer them to Overstock to buy theirs. The faucet was so easy to install but we had to make sure the nylon hose wasn't rubbing against anything and that the weight was installed correctly. Once we made those adjustments everything worked great. We love the ease in filling the soap dispensor from the top and the pullout feature is great for spraying down the sink or filling large pots. Our Fontaine pulldown was one of the best purchases we've made giving our whole kitchen a whole new look and feeling of style.

This faucet really helped bring my kitchen together. The color is beautiful with my copper sink. There was nothing off the shelf that came close to matching it. After very little searching the net I found this faucet with ease. Thanks so much.

I really like this faucet - it is beautiful (I have the Oil Rubbed Bronze). It was very easy to install (we're always do-it-yourselfers) but I do have a bit of dangle with the sprayer. It retracts on its own but over time it slips down a bit and hangs from the end. Hopefully my husband can fix that with the weight. The only issue was the cover plate that goes directly against the countertop for the single-hole setup - it was scratched in a couple of places coming out of the box. Not a big deal as we just turned that to the inside (wall side) so you cannot see it but it does worry me a bit that the rest of the finish could be susceptible to scratching. The faucet is beautiful with light granite (with dark flecks - it draws out the dark spots in the granite) and dark cabinets. The sprayer works well and toggles between regular and spray easily. We haven't installed the soap dispenser yet - will update (if possible) once that's in and I see it work.

Just got new countertops in yesterday - the whole shabang. Had a plumber install the faucet and at first glance it worked great. But this is before we had pulled the hose tight into the faucet in its normal position. I should also mention that within the underworkings of the faucet, its tight quarters. There are 2 copper supply lines and the black nylon hose for the pulldown spout. For us, it's too tight to use the pulldown hose without not having to climb underneath the counter and pushing it back up underneath. That's an unfortunate discovery for us because I was looking forward to a spray on my new faucet becase the last one didn't have one. So keep that in mind if you want to purchase this faucet. Had I known this, I would've gone with a separate sprayer. But then again, this is all very new to us and maybe we haven't worked out all the kinks yet. Just be cautious and study up on this product before you buy! It was definitely easy to install if you've installed a faucet before.
