Fontaine Antique Copper Pull-out Kitchen Faucet

This is a great faucet! It was easy to install by my handyman husband. It looks great and is much easier to keep clean than my old faucet which had a crease that would always gunk up. Most important to me is it has very strong water pressure. All in all a great value and I would recommend it to a friend.

Took me a while to start project as I knew it's not that easy. The installation is difficult because connections are under sink and hard to access. Removal of the old faucet was the most difficult. The design of the Fontaine faucet made it much easier to install. The Fontaine unit looks to be well made, works well and there were no problems or leaks on initial installation. Seems to be a good, attractive unit at avery good price. If you have the skills to remove and replace, this is a very good deal. I'm well satisfied.

This antique copper faucet is so much more than I expected. It is a heavy weight and is beautiful with my copper sink. I can not believe the great value for the money this faucet offers.

This faucet appears to be very well made. It installed easily, looks terrific and works well. I use the soap dispenser with hand lotion instead, since I have a crystal soap dispenser I prefer to use. This works out fine. The paper towel rack doesn't install, it sits on the counter and I'm not quite sure why this is offered as it seems to be an odd way to try to use paper towels. We stored it away to see if we ever find a use for it anywhere in the house but we may end up throwing it away. My only concern is this. The instructions state not to use any cleaning product or chemical whatsoever when cleaning this faucet. I'm quite sure that if any is used, it voids the warrenty. Instructions state to wipe down with soft cloth dampened with water only. I'm very unsure with this instruction as I wonder how this will work out in the long run. I will follow the directions to the letter. I will make a copy of this review. I will mail an email to the company stating my concern and make a copy of this email and any reply to cover my bases. If the finish doesn't hold up, I will return it. I have kept all receipts and the box it came in for just this purpose. The finish has a lifetime warrenty, I will certainly hold them to that warrenty for a reasonable period of time. I really hope this faucet and it's finish performs well in the long run because I'm very, very happy with the appearance, function and the very sturdy quality of this faucet. It rivals all high end name brands in construction. The price simply can't be beat.
