The fantastic smell of Cedar was evident as soon as my husband and I opened the box and pulled all of the parts out onto our patio. Unfortunately, we were missing the assembly instructions from our packaging. There was a great thunderstorm brewing to the West, and I wanted to have it all assembled in time to relax with a cup of tea and watch it blow in. Well....without the instructions, it was pretty much trial and error and plenty of taking it apart again to correct a mistake. We even tried searching the manufacturer's website for online assembly instructions, but to no avail. Two hours later with thunder and rain streaming into the porch, we finally had a beautiful Adirondack Chair that was stable and comfortable....and some leftover hardware. oops! You'll be happy to know that for such a great value, and even with the possibility that we didn't assemble it per manufacturer's instructions, it's the perfect spot on our back porch to read, relax, and enjoy a beverage or a dog on the lap.

The chairs look great and are comfortable to sit in. Not to difficult to put together as long as you follow the directions. I ordered 2 chairs and one didn't have the screws for the arm supports. My husband had some that worked. The weather hasn't cooperated yet so we haven't used them much. They seem like they should last for a long time.

We ordered one of these last year. It was difficult to put together and we were missing some hardware. The company sent us the missing hardware. The chair is very comfortable and well made so we ordered another one a few weeks ago. Much easier to put together this time (just looked at the other one). Very satisfied and would recommend!

Fairly straightforward to put together and comfortable. I think these are a good value. I was expecting the wood to fade to grey, but after more than a year they are still fairly light pine color (they are outside but mostly under a porch roof). I wouldn't want to put 10 of these together, but I ordered two at a time and each one, after the first one to get used to it, went together in about 20-30 minutes.

These chairs seem to be very well made and were easy to put together...just be careful not to over tighten the screws because cedar is a semi soft wood. All parts were included in my shipment and the instructions were easy to follow. I hope I have these chairs for many years to come.

I built 2 of these lovely chairs. Haven't tried to fold them yet, and they look like it will be difficult. However, when positioned by my pool, they make a great conversation area. Challenging to construct the first one, but the second one was a breeze. Very comfortable seating. I'm leaving mine to weather naturally, though staining or painting would have been easy. These are well made items from upstate NY. Nice to have an American-made product that does not cost an arm and a leg.

We started looking for chairs like these in our local area . These chairs are as good a quality as any we found and are at a much better price. Assembly diections were easy to understand. Assembly of 1 chair took well less than an hour. Each section was well made with no flaws. No parts shortages. We are very happy with our purchase.

Adirondacks great, no problems. 5 piece aluminum patio set and chairs, were ok. However a little flimsy and not being packed right led to the breaking of two chairs. Although i was upset about the wait, customer service was great to get the replacement chairs shipped out in 2-3 days. The two replacement chairs came in packaged correctly and I am very happy with the products i recieved.

All 4 chairs arrived promptly....packaged well....easy to assemble altho a special tool (small square drive...readily available for less than $1 at your local hardware store) was required for certain hardware. All hardware included and all stainless steel. Really enjoy the folding aspect for storage.

We bought two white cedar folding chairs. They never have to be finished, and have an excellent guarantee. They look wonderful, are an excellent quality, assembled in about one hour each, price was very affordable, arrived in about 5 days. We are very satisfied and will probably order more.

It took about 2 hours each to assemble 2 chairs. The bolt holes were not drilled all the way through, and there were some spintered areas around the holes. The nuts did not tighten without serious force applied. But, they look great! the wood is of high quality.

I was looking for good, solid Adirondack chairs and these fit the bill. Very well made, quality materials. Assembly was not too difficult, but does require some effort. I ordered two chairs; once box was missing the instructions, but the other box had two sets of instructions. Otherwise, all the parts and hardward were included. Definitely worth their cost.

These chairs are very comfortable. The most comfortable Adirondack chairs I have sat in. They appear to be well made. Only one gripe, two of the four sets were missing a few nuts/bolts and one armrest was the wrong part. Called the company, they were very polite and helpful. I recieved what I needed immediately. I think the company president answered the phone.

The chair is very good -- especially the white cedar and folding feature. When it was delivered it had a small crack around a knot in the wood - I called the manufacturer directly (Old Adirondack) and it immediately sent a replacement part at no charge.

I think these are great chairs. I ordered 5 of them, and the first box I opened did not have the hardware in it. The second box did and chair is a snap to put together and is well built. Was disappointed about the hardware, love the chair.
