Beautiful flush mount. One drawback is that you have to individually hang the beads string by string.

This flush mount fixture is so beautiful & easy to mount. The crystals were easy to hang & they give off a nice shadowy (water-like) effect over the ceiling. Very happy with my fixture.

This chandelier is beautiful.....picture does not do it justice. I have low ceilings and I wanted something flush mount. This piece is perfect and adds to my decor.

This beautiful flush mount was easy to install and perfect for my daughters room. She wanted a little glam, and this piece is the central focus of the room. Love it!

I bought this to replace a flush mount ceiling light and the short stem seems to permit a much brighter light in the hall than did the flush mount, even with the same wattage bulb. I guess the light bounces off the ceiling or something. I like its clean, plain, simple look.

I have both the Rae chandelier and flush mount in my house and am very happy with them. I like modern vintage style and have many mid-mod furniture pieces, so this fits well with my home. Love the Edison bulbs and open feel of the fixture. It looks high end despite its reasonable price. The flush mount was a perfect solution for my foyer, as we had to have a flush mount because of the lower ceiling, but I wanted the feel and width of a chandelier. I already had the chandelier and loved it, so when the flush mount came out after I had been looking for a foyer light for months, I ordered it without hesitation. I don't usually like things to be too matchy, but having short and long versions of the same fixture actually contributes to a nice flow between the main-floor rooms. My husband installed this easily in under an hour.
On September 4, 1882 , one square mile of lower Manhattan was aglow with light as the first commercial power station went into operation. Thanks to Thomas Edison's brilliance, for about 24 cents per kilowatt hour, 59 customers were provided with lights and electricity at night. By the late 1880s, the demand for that service had grown so much that small power stations could be found in many U.S. and European cities. We're still amazed by all the practical and aesthetic possibilities offered by lighting . Electrifying Timeline: Arc lamps preceded light bulbs. Read More
