It's took awhile to put up with lots of pieces - the installation instructions are not very detailed, just pics - but in the end it's beautiful and well worth the price.

Love the fixture and the quality. It even came with 2 extra crystal flowers. One was broke so that worked well. Make sure you check the measurements to the size of your room however because this one was a little small for my living room, so I'm moving it to the entry and ordered the larger one for my living room! I'm having a little difficulty getting used to the 'semi flush' mount look as visually II don't understand why ANY lights are manufactured like this but many are so its just a personal preference thing. I was very pleased with how quickly it arrived too!

I took a chance on this order simply based on customer reviews and for the sales value alone (a doorbuster offer). I was prepared for the installation difficulty based on others' reviews, and I did not think it was going to be a big deal since I am a VERY handy person and I only cared about the final product. OMG was I wrong! The crystals assembly was time-consuming but I knew to expect the tedious repetitive labor and that wasn't the big problem. I took others' advise and assembled/attached the crystals before the installation (except in the center). I DO NOT ADVISE THIS! This makes the item pretty heavy and precarious while you're trying to mount the product on the ceiling. I didn't even experience much problem attaching the electrical wires by myself; I used a shoe string to hold/hang up the product on the installed mounting plate while connecting the black/white/ground wires. The main problem came when I was trying to align the two mounting screws through the two tiny holes at the final mounting stage of the product installation. I fumbled around trying to find the mounting screws while having basically no visibility peering up from the bottom through two tiny holes. My arms got tired and I was beyond frustrated by the time my husband arrived home and tried to take over the task. He tried for over 30 minutes to no avail himself, and asked why the crystal balls were already hung making the installation practically impossible. We eventually noticed that the mounting screws were spaced a bit too narrow for the available holes, so we forcibly spread out the screws a bit a the mounting base. Make sure you check this before installing - they came stacked so I didn't expect the issue, but but a bit of tight/narrow screw space for the holes makes it impossible to align up from the bottom, allowing you to get only one screw through but not the other... After about 10 more minutes of almost blind alignment attempts with tired arms, we Finally got it mounted. Attaching the remaining crystals in the center was no big deal, and it definitely made me regret having hung the crystals prior that definitely added to the installation difficulty. After ALL this, I unwrapped the shade cover (I took the advise of many reviewers to leave it on), and then found that one of the white wire frame at the base of the shade was unattached! Examining the area, the product was defective since I couldn't even see the damaged detachment point at the shade rim, and I unfortunately couldn't notice the defect after all the trouble of finish mounting the product. I really hoped that the product would look better in person as many have noted, but it really doesn't. The only positive is that the crystals are indeed real glass, and they sparkle more than in the photo with the lights on. However, the shade (made of white strings) looks about the same as in the photo, and the product featured on the ad photo is obviously different from the product I had received. Instead of the 3 white frame wires running at the base, I have four (making an X looking up from the bottom). The white plastic coated wires cheapens the look, and it really should've been designed with chrome/stainless frames instead to blend in with the reflective base at the top. The crystals hang completely flush with the shade, and do not stick out below as in the photo at all. A review here particularly emphasized that the crystals do hang below the shade as in the photo, but that person obviously had received a different product than many others mentioned here, indicative of the product/inventory inconsistency. If you are on a fence, do NOT order the product! Because of the installation nightmare, I contacted Overstock with the aforementioned defect and I was offered a product replacement or an amazing $5 dollar refund for keeping the item. I was disgusted for the first time dealing with Overstock customer care. The $5 refund could never make up for the several hours lost installing the product, and unfortunately my husband didn't even like the installed the product! He hates the cheap looking lamp shade and the wire frames.... ARGGGGHHHH!

We really like our new light fixture. We have it in the kitchen. When you get the instructions, it does tell you that you can go up to 3 - 100 watt bulbs. We did since we wanted more light. The shade does look white only when the light is off. When the lights are on, it is an off white. But, since I had read that in other reviews, I was fine with that. The only issue mounting was getting the seam in the right place, which other reviewer have stated. But, if you keep that in mind while you're installing, you should be fine. We are happy with it. A huge improvement over what we had!

Very attractive but difficult to assemble and the quality of the wires connecting the crystals is very flimsy.

I ordered 3 of these. They give off a very pretty pattern on the ceiling. They fit my purpose completely.

OK. Once assembled and hung, this light is so beautiful - the pictures do not give it justice! The light throws beautiful linear shadows over the walls of the room. This was a pain to assemble, but well worth it for the price. The crystals were heavy, and pretty nice quality for the price of the lamp. There really weren't any usable instructions. First you will need to attach the large ball crystals to the prestrung crystals. (One comes already assembled - that's the crystal to hang in the center. Set that one aside). 1. Attach a metal jump ring to the large ball crystal. 2. Hook that jump ring (attached to the large ball), to the jump ring at the end of one of the crystal strands. (Direction matters here - there is a "top" and a "bottom" to the crystal strand - up is the direction where there is a small metal piece holding the smaller crystals up in place on the metal wire.) 3. Hook the top jump ring to the loop on the inside top of the fixture. It's easier just to remove the pin, thread it through the jump ring, then stick the ends back into the hole and spread the pin in place again. Then hang the light and attach the wires (my husband did this). I think it helps to leave the plastic protecting the shade in place, and remove this last - just be really careful not to cut the threads that make up the "shade" - the shade is NOT a solid piece... it's hundreds of white threads connecting the top and bottom of the lamp shade metal.

This chandelier I put in my entry way and I've had many compliments on it. It goes nice with the other 2 chandeliers I purchased on Overstock. I definitely recommend this purchase.

We bought this for our walk in pantry and chose it because it has 3 lights. We wanted a bright light in there that was not in the way. This is a perfect light that gives out lots of light! It was a bit expensive for the quality, but it does the job.

I love the style of this fixture. I bought 3 of the sconces to go with it, and this is hanging in my foyer. It is made from recycled glass, so some defects in the glass, but we just decided to live with those. It was not cheap, so gave less than 5 stars due to price. Overall, It looks great and I would recommend it.

Fixture was great because it had 3 100 watt bulbs, so we had lots of light, but put a dimmer on it in case we don't need it bright all the time. Style looks great, not a statement piece, but just perfect if you need a substantial contemporary overhead light. Frosted glass is kind of beige, not white.

I purchased 3 of these in polished nickel for my hall and installed them myself. They were a little tricky to install. First, trying to find the mounting screws through the insulation when you push it up to the ceiling was challenging. You have to basically push the insulation WAY back from around the holes so you can see the screws to mount it to the ceiling. Also the fixture is a little heavy to hold and my arms were getting really tired trying to find the holes for the first one. For the 2nd and 3rd light, I disconnected the shade from the mounting plate and it was much easier. Then when it was all finished I connected the shade back to the mounting plate. The second issue I had was that I couldn't get the first light to sit flush with the ceiling. I think this is because my junction box was an old weird design so the mounting screws were hitting a metal piece of the box. I tried to use shorter screws but the problem is that the insulation is so thick on the top plate that you can't find the screws easily when you try to see them through the holes on the plate if they're shorter. So you need the long screws to see them from underneath. So what I did is I pushed the plate up onto the long screws, then I pushed some rubber O-rings around the screws to act as washers. (I just made a slit on one side of the o-ring so it could slip them around the screw) and then I was able to screw them in as tight as possible and get it to sit flush. For the second and third light I figured out a much better and easier way: I just mounted the little cross bar on the junction box using washers to set it off from the box a little. This allowed me to have more room for screwing in the long screws for the fixture so I didn't need the rubber O-rings. Another issue I had was that one of the lights was missing one of the flexible plastic disks that sit above and below the diffuser. It's supposed to come with 2. This was problematic because these disks are made so that the holes in them are just the right size that when you push them onto the mounting rod they keep the diffuser in place. You can even adjust the angle of these disks to make the diffuser sit level. I used a large rubber o-ring in place of the top one (so it wouldn't be hitting a metal washer) and used the real one on the bottom. This is the reason I gave the quality only 4 stars. But really the lights are well-made. Once I was all finished I was so proud of myself! They look really beautiful!

This flush mount chandelier is so beautiful and it is easy to install. This chandelier will work in almost any room as long as the room is not extremely large.

I hung this light in my kitchen and it compliments the stainless appliances and faucet. I love the design and eventhough you can put 3-100 watt blubs in it I have 3-60 watt with a dimmer switch and it is very bright. Would definatley recommend.

I bought this beautiful light for my walk-in closet and made the purchase because of the positive reviews from those who had already bought it. It is everything and more that they said in their reviews. All glass, very high quality crystals packed very well in bubble and other packing wrap. It took a long time to put all the crystal pieces on the fixture but, oh my goodness, is it worth it! It has enough light for any area with 3 - 60w bulbs and the sparkle they throw off through all of the crystals is amazing. Great chandelier!

After years of use, the doors in your home will see a lot of wear and tear. Besides the door knob, the hinges see the most problems when it comes to door hardware. The door hinges themselves can become rusted or squeaky. Similarly, the holes holding the mounting screws for the hinges can become stripped causing the hinges to become loose, which in turn will cause the door to hang incorrectly. Below are some simple steps you can take to fix faulty door hardware around your home and keep the doors working properly.
