Great look but small storage space
This is a great looking storage bench. It appears sturdy and the color is as it was advertised. The only problem I have is that the dimensions given for the depth is deceiving. It says it is 18 inches in depth. However, there are only 8 inchest of actual storage space inside. The other 10 inches are taken up by the lid and the legs.

THIS OTTOMAN IS OWESOME, IT HAS A LOT OF SPACE...I COULD FIT MY BLANKETS , SHEETS, AND SOME MORE...THE LEATHER IS SOFT AND WELL MADE. I LOVE THE COLOR IS A BEAUTIFUL RICH DARK BROWN...I LOVE IT ...LOVE IT...LOVE IT.. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MORE SPACE IN MY ROOM TO BUY ANOTHER ONE...MY KIIDS LOVE IT TOO..IT IS USED FOR SEATING AND HIDING PLACE SOMETIMES.

Just as I expected!
When I ordered the bench, I was concertned if the seating would be sturdy and comfortable. I am using the bench at the foot of my bed, so it is perfect for sitting and for storing items out of sight. I was a little concerned when I saw that the legs needed to be attached, but they were really easy to attach. I am very pleased with my purchase!

Better than I expected
Based on some of the other reviews I read, I was worried about the quality of the ottoman. When I received it, I was impressed. While it wasn't too heavy, that disappeared once we started filling up the storage area with stuff. I also expected there to be less room in the storage part, but was pleasantly surprised by how much I could fit into there.

Beautiful piece, it looks very nice in my LR. Only the legs could be a little stronger, maybe if they were glued on? But instead it is screw on. Other than that it is a very nice ottoman, and it has storage space for at least one big blanket. My 2 year old is already going on top and standing on it. We should see how long does it last!
