halogen bulb TOO bright, nice light otherwise. foot pedal is sensitive and works well. i wish the stem tightened into the base better, seems wimpy. lights up a room well.
The site product door is good, except the black shade is not as black, it is more of a very dark grey color. It is see through, and there are crystals hanging from within the shade itself. Mine arrived with 2 small crystals missing. However, the reflections this lamp creates are quite beautiful.
I ordered 3 of these lamps for my salon. Not only was there some damage to a shade, but the color was extremely yellow when a white bulb was used. I am looking for a white cast, not yellow. These would probably be good for a corner accent lamp, but not for a central lighting source. I took a risk and ate the $** return fee. Not worth it.
There was a minor component missing, but the lamp assembles and works without it. The light that the lamp gives off is a bit dimmer than expected, but is still sufficient. Overall, still a nice lamp.
I just love the look and weight of this lamp. No worries about being tipped over with this one. Elegant touch at a great price. Saw this exact lamp in a retail store selling for twice the price!
