This rug was a big disappointment upon arrival. I was expecting a plush, expensive looking rug but that isn't what I received. The strands are long and tangled looking. You can see the backing all over the rug when looking at it. It is cheap looking. You definitely can't vacuum so I tried a hand unit which doesn't work either. I have bought from Overstock for many years and this is the first time I have not been happy with an item.
