The bench arrived intact and fit exactly in the location i needed it for. I love that there is seating now in front of my window and room on the bottom to store books/magazines. This would be perfect for a doctor's waiting room since they often have more magazines around then they can keep in order, and the bench is pretty comfortable.

we purchased the bench so we'd have a place to sit and take off shoes when we entered the house. the entry is the front entry to the house and the bench looks very nice. It is well-made and sturdy, even for heavier people.

This looks awesome in our living room. Lots of storage, comfortable to put your feet up, and the tops flip off. Arrived in 5 days (almost) fully assembled. Just had to screw in the legs.

I bought the leather storage bench for my guest bedroom. It arrived promptly and was well-packed for shipment. The reversable cushions on top make it a unique piece of furniture. I've had numerous compliments on it.

We first saw the concept of a flippable cushio/tray top at San francisco design (a very high fashion quality store) in a singel footstool version of the storage bench and really liked it. Obviously, San Francisco design thought highly of the concept as well because they wanted $250 a piece for the footstools. If you like to put your feet up when watching TV, you may want to leave the footings off. A lower profile keeps your feet out of the way, and because the leather is wrapped to tuck under the bottom, it scoots on carpet very easily.

I am very satisfied with the product and the promptness in the delivery.

My husband and I LOVE this piece! It has it all -- value, style, quality, and storage! We searched many furniture stores looking for the perfect ottoman and coffee table. This is both -- at a much better price!! We didn't see anything close to the high quality of this piece. It's a solid construction, very sturdy and stable for use as a bench. The overall style of the piece is fantastic. The materials are beautiful, and the legs are very easy to attach. It has so much more storage than we were expecting. We can hide our remote controls, netflix videos, and magazines under the tray tables when they are turned over as cushions. The trays are high quality and look great. The shelf storage is nice and deep. Plenty of room for board games, throw pillows, throw blankets, etc. I would highly recommend this piece to anyone. We plan on using it for storage, as a bench, as a coffee table, and as an ottoman. It is by far the most functional piece of furniture I've seen. I can't wait for our friends and family to see it. We purchased this ottoman right before it sold out. I hope they get more, because this really is a great deal!

I love it! I wanted something to put my feet up on, yet I needed a place for my wine glass. This piece is the perfect fit. On movies nights, we put popcorn and drinks on one tray and still have a place to kick back. GREAT for small kids. Messes wipe off easily.

We have a small living room and bought the bench to use as an ottoman/coffee table. It is perfect! Great value, quick delivery, no real assembly. Great appearance and workmanship!

I bought this because I liked the idea of having a coffee table with trays. Not only did I receive it earlier than expected, it was well packaged and was in pristine condition. Literally, the only thing I had to do was take it out of the box (it's not very heavy either and I'm a 5 foot 3 inch woman), and screw on the legs. It's a nice length if you have a full couch and the leather is very smooth and soft. The bottom area is also very large so there are lots of storage options with this piece.

I purchased this bench as I was looking for a coffee table that could double as an ottoman and vice versa. The bench is well made and a nice substantial size. However, it is a darker brown -- nearly black -- than what it appeared in the pictures; a bit too dark for my taste and not the best color match for the rest of my furnishings. Also, I was very disappointed to find that the cushioned tops are VERY uncomfortable to use as an ottoman for the legs/feet. The sides of the cushions are not soft; rather, they are thinly padded wood, and the edges of the wood are very hard against the backs of the legs. I have to put a throw pillow between the bench top and my legs if I want to put my feet up, which defeats the purpose. The cushions reverse to serving/display trays, which is nice. But, for me, having a comfortable place to put feet up was more important, and this bench does not meet the need in that regard. I would have returned it, but the shipping cost would have been too high. I'm thinking of trynig to sell it and then purchase something different...we'll see. Just disappointing.

I would recommend this product. The color and quality was perfect. Easy assembly just had to put the four legs on. This is perfect for a small space.

I really like my new bench and I'm using it as a coffee table.The bench looks just like the picture on the website.The color is the same a nice dark brown.I was surprised that the lower shelf is not made out of leather, it is lined with a black inexpensive cloth fabric.The rest of the bench appears to be well made.It was at my doorstep well packaged in 5 days.

I love love this bench. Great value, looks great, well made, and is holding up well with my kids and dogs.

The only negative comment I can make about this product is that the wood sides of the trays were a bit scratched and galged when I got it. Other then that it's functional and looks great for the price.

I loved this little bench when i saw it online and I loved it even more in my living room. It's very easy to assemble and it looks great, it has the modern feel that I was looking for.

We are pleased with this item. We have few rooms it could fit into nicely... It's well made and seems to be worth the $$. No assembly required. Delivered by UPS and left by the door :)
