The product is fine, most definitely added flavor to my pork ribs. I did find out though that you can buy bagged wood chips for smoking at many hardware stores (*** and ***) for far less. But as a starter this product delivers.

Offers great taste alternatives when smoking meat.

The smokers wil be a great goodie for my father-in-law this summer; my only disappointment was that when they arrived, they were not as pictured. They arrived loose in a packing box, not in the neat little tower box they are shown in...As far as the flavoring? That remains to be seen this summer when BBQ weather hits!!

I bought these as Christmas gifts for the men in the family. The next day they smoked a pork and the meat not only smelled delicious, it tasted out of this world. The family decided this item is not only easy to use, but the taste of the meat made it far superior than many items of the same value. We will be buying this again.
