I purchased this rug with high hopes, as I love flat weave rugs. i was afraid it would be too big for my room, at 11 feet - - -but that was the least of my concerns after it came. This rug looks like a burlap potato sack - - - the background is a dull burlap, and the "flat weave" is very very loose, that can actually make the rug look like it has dirty spots in places because of colors showing through from the other side. Bummer - - - - still - - - - for the right spot, I guess I can see where somone would like it.

I LOVE this rug! It's just what I was looking for. The colors are much more vibrant than the picture online. They appeared more muted on my computer screen. The blue is more of a navy blue than "aquamarine". The rug is rough and scratchy and very thin but this does not bother me. I will be purchasing a thin rug pad for more cushion and to prevent slipping. Gorgeous rug!!

THIS RUG WILL MAKE YOU HAPPY! IT IS CHEERFUL! SOME HAVE COMPLAINED OF 'SCRATCHY', BUT I LIKE BECAUSE MY DOG STILL SLEEPS ON HIS BED. THE KIDS LAY ON IT FOR TV AND SAY IT IS FINE., THOUGH. (I DON'T LAY ON THE RUG)! THE COLORS ARE MORE MUTED TO ME, BUT MATCHED EVERYTHING GREAT! ANOTHER EXCELLENT OVERSTOCK BUY!

Great rug! I wanted a rug that wouldn't be difficult to clean because of my toddler but I also wanted something stylish and fun. This looks wonderful in our family room. It seems durable enough to last for years. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is I wish it would have been softer.

I first purchased this rug from another online retailer for $700, but have returned it so I can buy through Overstock.com. The rug is very cool - great colors and a fun, graphic pattern. I will say it is a little scratchy, so not the best for bare feet (e.g., bedroom).
