I bought this for my dad for father's day and he lives in Texas so I have not personally seen this yet. However, he and my mom both said it was really nice and a great sturty piece. I thought almost $50.00 was pricy for a rain gauge but it is well made so I would say it's worth it since not many things are well made these days!
Nice copper fish. Has a metal stake that goes in the ground. The rain gauge is hard plastic and has readings on the gauge.
Looks nice in the yard. Is real copper so it should weather nicely.
I just think it is a little expense for what I got, but I like it.
I got this copper rain gauge as a birthday present for my sister, and was so unhappy to see how cheap looking it was. Too late for me to get something else, but I later apologized to her, telling her I would have returned it if I'd had time.
