This thermos is a piece of junk. I purchased it for the use of taking hot beverages in the cold weather to work. A thermos is supposed to not only keep things at the desired temperature but if it tips over it should stay inside the thermos. Neither of these two things accure with this thermos. It leaked all over my vehicle. Then try finding the website to return it once it is purchased. Don't waste your time or money on this brand!!!!

This item is as far removed from a real Thermos brand container as it gets... I'm willing to entertain the possibility that there was something wrong with ONLY the one I got, but I don't think so!On a 45 degree day, filled it with Hot Tea placed it in pack with dinner salad, & chocolate cupcakes for two. After about 15 minutes, realized my back was HOT - opened pack to find that salad was cooked, cupcake frosting was melted, and this bottle was a HOT heat source.The strap is the thickness of a ribbon-too thin to hold well using the traditional plastic buckles- better to tie knots at the ends to carry the bottle on your shoulder. Good thing we like Iced Tea, because after just two hours, the tea was the same temperature as the air around us.
