I have an odd lav that is only 18" deep so I needed a small sink. There also was no room for a deck-mounted faucet. I looked for hours online to find this and it is PERECT. Great quality, smooth glaze, and even coloration. I was terrified they would be broken since the shipper dropped the carton and the corner of the box was really smashed in however the sinks were I perfect condition. They really packed them well.
We purchased this as a "vessel sink" because it is described as one. I thought we had read all the Q & A's, but I guess we missed the answer which stated the back was unfinished. It also has a large gap - opening - which should definitely be included in the description. The other less than desirable feature is the drain opening. The description as well as one of the Q & A's states that it uses a "standard drain". We also purchased a Kaiser faucet from Overstock which included a standard drain. Technically, it fits, but the drain hole is so large that the drain barely covers that opening. I'm not sure if this will work. We need to move in to our house as soon as possible, but you have like only 30 days? to make a return. Torn on what to do. This may be a fluke - the large opening - or it may the very reason this is being sold on Overstock - slight imperfection in manufacturing (a discard). I love the design otherwise - looks as it does in the picture.
I didn't mind that these aren't finished on al four sides as I butted them up against the wall, and I used them with the Bosconi F-S01 Single hole faucet. I the feet on two repurposed pieces of furniture I'm using as vanities so everything wouldn't be too high.
Beautiful sink, but no a true vessel. Needs to be installed with the back on the wall since it is not finished. It was a real disappointment. Has a great finish and the inclujsion of an over flow drain make it very useful. Will wait until it is installed to rate further.
Be sure that you know that the unfinished back is a serious problem if your mirror hangs down too low. This sink is meant to go against the wall which means the quartz was cut incorrectly, the mirror was mounted too low, and an unfinished, ugly back is exposed for everyone to see. I have no idea how we are going to hide it. Stressful.
I purchased two of these for a bathroom remodel on an up-cycled wood buffet. Overstock had the best price I could find for vessel sinks that weren't acrylic. Came packaged very well, and undamaged. LOVE the look of the sink. I am using a chrome faucet so the overflow matches perfectly. They are deep as well, which is good with kiddos. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.
