    This product has veneer that is peeling off of it. This table is composite wood and the cheapest veneer I have ever seen.

    The pieces of this item are well made individually and handsome, but they don't go together well. I have assembled furniture hundreds of times and this is the only piece that I can't get together. It has fallen apart a couple of times and I'm just tossing it in the trash.

    Had to purchase this as a follow up order after purchasing the desk in the picture first. It looks much better with the side stand and was easy to put together. However, the price for this item was a bit high for what you get and it being pressed wood. Received promptly as with all Overstock items!

    The product looks more expensive and higher-quality than is, and i mean that as a compliment. It is not made of some expensive natural wood, but it functions well and has clean and modern styling. It is very annoying to put together though, thanks to pictorial instructions that make Ikea's look like detailed blueprints.
