These shades are really nice, a good value and I would purchase them again. They don't block quite as much light as I thought they would but they are on a porch so the work ok.

Nice shades, the weave provides an appealing textural appearance. Plenty of light shines through the weave so if you are looking for serious room darkening this is not for you. I used them in street facing garage windows and they are attractive from the street side. I never operate them up or down so cannot comment on the mechanism

We have had these in our sunroom for over a year, we have received so many complements. They look like very high end shades. Quality is great and no fading.

We received the blinds within the estimated time period and are very pleased with our purchase. We're in the middle of renovations so we haven't had a chance to hang them as of yet, but are looking forward to seeing them installed.

We did 7 windows for the price of one. I am going to buy 7 more of a different pattern and still be way ahead. good stuff. we were quoted $2,000 for custom bamboo, saved $1,800. I am sure glad I found this web site.

These shades are attractive and easy to install, but as other reviewers have warned, you can see right through them. Pick something else if you need privacy.

the shades were a perfect fit for my office. the quality was better than expected and so easy to hang.

I have 10 of these blinds and although they look good, the cords do not last. After less than 1 year, I have had to replace 3 of them. I thnk the sun makes the cords disintegrate as they just fall apart. Replacing the cords is fairly easy but not something I expected to do so soon.

This is my first purchase w/ overstock & I'm very pleased. Ordered on a Thursday, got to me by Monday w/ standard shipping. I bought 2 & they look great. Fairly easy to put them up. I have already ordered more items from the website. My only concern with these particular blinds are, if the lights are on and someone walks by the window, they can pretty much see inside.

I bought 3 of these shades in different sizes. I love them! They look much more expensive than they are. I also like that fact that they come in so many different sizes.

I was looking for window treatments that would compliment a den/library room I was redecorating. I saw similar roman shades at retail stores at a much higher price. I was a little skeptical ordering them on-line however, as I did not know how true the colors appeared. I was pleasantly surprised on 3 counts: 1) The delivery was so fast! I was amazed how quickly I got them (at an amazing shipping rate too!!) 2) The colors are perfect -- the lighter tones pick up the gold/tan walls I painted and the darker tones blended well with my tables and frames. 3) They were a cinch to hang! My husband an I hung 6 shades in less than an hour and a half.The impact to the room was great -- it was the finishing touch the room needed.

The blinds were exactly as the reviewers described. The blinds let light in but I knew that already & was okay w/that, considering where the blinds would be located. As usual with this company I've never been disappointed in a product I've gotten from here.

I have paid five times as much for custom sized shades of similar quality. These are a snap to install and look very expensive. I love them! Great purchase!

These blinds are great color and easy to hang. The only thing that I do not like about them is that at night you can see inside the house, if you are standing outside looking in. I wish they had more privacy in that way, but it is nice to see ouside during the day without having to raise the blinds up. The are see through.

I bought 12 shades in different sizes for my kitchen/den area. I wasn't sure what to expect, but they look fantastic. I was really surprised at the quality and the price is unbelievable. In the past I've paid a small fortune for window treatments, and to look at these you wouldn't know that they are bargain basement cheap!!! I did have to exchange one of the shades because the valance was defective, but exchanging it was very easy. These are A++++!!

These blinds arrived quickly, were a good value and easy to hang. Once we got them hung, they look great. The only complaint I have is that the width was not true to the stated size. They were approximately 1/2 inch skinnier than the stated width. Had I known this would have been the case, I would have ordered the next size up. But they still look great and I love them and recommend them. They do not block out sun. They filter the light, which is exactly what I wanted them to do.

I am really pleased with the bamboo shades. They look great in my kitchen and were really simple to install.

I am so pleased with the way these look. I love how the outside light filters through them into the room. The other reviews are correct in that the shades are transparent, so if you plan on just having shades and you want privacy, then I don't suggest you buy these.

the frist shipment we had one that was not the correct size and we re ordered and again we got it and it was to wide. So 2 out of 2 shipments had the wrong size. I made the 2nd one work but it was difficult so it would look good. I was afraid if I ordered agian it would be wrong also. Otherwise things was good as far as product appearace except for the valance which all has different lenghts. I will have stich them so they will be all the same size.
