Product met our requirements (not let quills from feathers come through) and we are satisfied. Would have prefered better fit, but not sure we could have found a better fit elsewhere. Shipping was good and product arrived packaged in satisfactory condition
My order arrived quickly and was exactly as described in the website. I am a happy customer.
I purchased the cover to go over the featherbed since after reading reviews for the featherbed it was obvious that we needed one. We were very pleased with the construction. I thought it was going to have buttons but it actually has a zipper on one end and you insert the featherbed (2 people works a lot better on this) into one end and pull it up and over the featherbed like putting a pillow case on a pillow.

This featherbed is as thick as advertised. The thing is jampacked with feathers. I used the included cover and this goes under our fitted sheets. Our mattress is pretty thick so we definitely needed sheets with deep pockets after putting this thing on. I had no problems with getting poked by feather quills. My wife loves the bed and says it has cured her back problems. I will warn you though. The featherbed really holds the heat. I tend to sweat quite a bit and any sweat that gets into a featherbed or down pillow will cause it to stink to high heaven. So if you perspire a lot, you may need to include an extra layer or even waterproof cover for your featherbed. They aren't cheap to clean.

For what it is, the cover works OK. I do get feather infiltration, however and think I should have bought something with a higher thread count. It would work better on an alternative down comforter.
