Nice product
 from Texas,  Dec 18, 2009

Excellent product, easy to put together. Good value for the buck. Vibration excellent, lumber warmer excellent. Wish the leg extension was a bit longer but it's o.k.

Great Product!
from Washington State,  Oct 20, 2009

Great chair, awesome value for the money. Easy to assemble, shipping was a breeze. We are really pleased with them. We bought two and they both work wonderful, the heat is a bonus and for the money to have massage as well, we really feel like we got wonderful chairs. If you are over 6' you may feel as though they are too short in the recliner mode, for us we are both under that they work well. We are very pleased!!!

Christmas Gift
from Knoxville, TN,  Jan 6, 2011

I purchased this for my boyfriend for Christmas as a surprise. The quality of the chair and performance was just as shown and looked really nice. The material was soft and comfortable. My only complaint is that somewhere I read that this was to be shipped in two pieces. It was in five. The putting together wasn't that hard, but the instructions to do so left a lot to be desired. It surely could have been a lot clearer for such a simple assembly. My only problem was getting the arms screwed on due to the fact you couldn't really see how to line up the pre-drilled holes. Other than that, my boyfriend loves his chair and can't stay out of it.

Foot rest
from Northeast Georgia,  Jul 24, 2010

Overal the chair was pretty much what I had expected except for the foot rest. The foot rest does not collaps completly under the chair when in the full down position. The result is that it is very uncomforable when you simply want to sit in the chair when not in a reclining position. Foot rest can only be adjusted by manually raising and lowering the rest itself.

from LAKESIDE, OREGON,  Aug 3, 2011

THE WELDS ON THE BASE OF THE BOTH CHAIRS BROKE AFTER ABOUT THREE MONTHS, THEY MUST HAVE BEEN WELDED ON A MONDAY OR FRIDAY !! COST ME $50.00 TO GET THEM BOTH WELDED CORRECTLY. THE FOOT RESTS ARE USELESS. WAY TO SHORT!!!

Massage Chair
from Redlands CA,  May 17, 2011

Reclining is awkward. Not user friendly. Controlls not easy to figure out. If you are short it is very hard to sit down and get up. The wires for the remote control are also unsightly as they are visible. Looks like more of an office chair.

NOT BAD FOR THE PRICE PAID
 from EUGENE,OREGON,  Apr 27, 2011

EASY TO ASSEMBLE, NOT AS COMFORTABLE AS I HOPED IT WOULD BE. LEG/FOOT SUPPORT POOR, AWKWARD TO USE. WOULD HAVE RETURNED, IF NOT FOR THE MULTIPLE MASSAGE FEATURES. OVERALL, NOT BAD FOR THE PRICE.

Not Impressed
from Southwest Florida,  Apr 22, 2011

I was looking for a recliner. What I got is a chair that allows me to slide the seat forward and then lean back. When I manually lift the foot rest as far as it will go, I kind of have what might be considered a recliner, but not really. It does massaage, but timidly. To me, a good massage chair nearly pushes you out of the chair. This is more of a vibrating chair. I guess it all comes down to that old addage, "You get what you pay for". If I wanted a recliner I should have spent a bit more and bought a recliner.

  • Did the color match the color displayed onsite? Yes
  • How is the quality of the product? Below average quality. Feels a bit flimsey.
  • Did the description onsite accurately describe the product? In places

I love my chair!
from Columbus, OH,  Apr 12, 2011

The chair was easy to put together and I didn't need instructions. I love the vibration and heat after a long day. I find it very comfortable and have fallen asleep in the chair with no problem! I think you get a lot for a little here - great value!

Faux Leather Reclining Massage Chair
 from FL,  Mar 28, 2011

So far it is fine. Directions for set up and use need to be sent with chair. Still in trial and error stage of enjoying it.

Alright
 from Miami,  Mar 3, 2011

I really like the look of the chair. What I don't like is the self adjusting foot rest. Not a fancy massager but it works. You get what you paid for. ******* BIG Complaint is the instructions suck. Not hard to figure out but just frustrating that they don't supply better instructions.

Restful and Cozy
from Falls Church, VA.,  Feb 19, 2011

Got this chair for my Mother-in-Law, she just had shoulder surgery, and must sleep sitting up. This chair allows her to sleep and move in and out of it with ease.

Massage Chair
 from Las Vegas,NV,  Jan 4, 2011

I purchased the chair as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend who has a bad back. and we are both very pleased with this product. It functions well and although took some time to put together was not to difficult. Love the heat. The only thing I wish it had was a booklet on the functions for the remote.

massage recliner
from NW Florida panhandle,  Nov 20, 2009

Read the reviews, but gave it a try anyway....reviews were accurate....arrived quickly..poor directions for assembly...lower leg support is a joke, and must be done by hand....massage feature works OK for the price you pay, and the chair looks decent enough for the price. The biggest disappointment is non-automatic lower leg rest. Buyers need to be be made aware of this flaw before purchasing!

Good price, great product
from Port St Lucie, Florida,  Nov 8, 2009

I bought this chair as a birthday present for my husband. It was very easy to assemble and for the price once the chair was put together it looked like I paid thousands for it. The massage function was a little bit disappointing I would have hoped for more options besides the vibration but the heat options is great. All and all for the cost of the chair I think it is well worth the money, it looks good and is quite comfortable to sit in. My husband is just about 6' 2" so once he reclines in the chair his feet sticks out a little but he does not seem to mind..

Very disappointed
 from South,  Oct 16, 2009

I was disappointed that the seat was high (I'm 5 feet), but more than that, the foot rest is 'manually' operated. It is not connected to the recline mechanism and has to be raised and lowered by hand. Also, to recline, you have to pull a release bar on the side of the chair and hold it while trying to push the chair back. Totally impossible for me! Maybe I'm missing something, but I find the chair totally useless. I would not recommend this chair to anyone.

be prepared
from Lakewood, Co,  Oct 9, 2009

Although I absolutely love the final product, this chair came with NO instructions as to assembly and was, to my husband, who is a master at these things, a near nightmare. It took me a while to figure out how to use the remote (again, no manual!) and how to get in and out of it, since I'm short, but once I figured this all out - I love it. One final thing, the multitude of cords underneath have been artfully hidden in the photo, but, for the price and the outcome, it's worth it.

Excellent buy
 from Chicago,  Oct 3, 2009

I was pleased to find that this chair offers more quality than I was expecting. It took a bit more effort to assemble than I would have liked but that's a one time thing (the instructions are sparse). All the functions work well and it offers many setting for vibration and heat. Definitely a good buy.

Great Value
from Western Kentucky,  Sep 21, 2009

For the price, I found this chair to be of great value. It looks good and is sturdy to sit in. This chair is not an expensive chair yet has a great variety of massage modes and heat. I also like the massage in the leg rest because it is perfect for the bottom of my feet as well as the back of my legs. The only draw back to this chair is I wish the arm rests were a little higher.
