Not bad....for the price
So, the product isn't bad for the price. It's a "hefty" piece, but the craftsmanship can be improved. So of the pros and cons below: Pros: - It's a heavy, substantial piece; - Color is nice; - Assembly is fairly easy, except for the written instructions; - Got here in a few days; - Adjustment of height is a nice feature. Cons: - Missing several parts (washers) from the packet; - The headboard is "wobbly". If you have a baseboard and the headboard is unable to sit directly against the wall, it wobbles. Just not enough support from the bracket; - The fabric on top of the headboard isn't "smooth". You can easily notice the inconsistencies (i.e., lumps) in the fabric. - Some of the "nails" on the front weren't aligned; - Small grease stain on the front of the headboard. All in all, not a bad piece, but you can tell the manufactured "rushed" to get these completed. Although, for the price, it isn't bad. Make sure you know the color is "brown" and not "purpleish-brown" as noted on the photo (we have a Mac). Hope this helps!

King headboard
I am impressed with the headboard. It looks amazing in my bedroom. We have it on the tallest settings and it definitely completes the bed. The color, texture and nailheads help keep it masculine enough for my husband and the shape adds a softer element for me. The first one that was delivered became damaged in shipping, I called immediately and they resent a new one out immediately without any problems.

Just Beautiful!
This headboard is elegant looking and hefty, box was 72 lbs. No problem with nail heads but the support board did arrive broken. Called Overstock and no problem getting a replacement quickly. Have to say the customer support is the best I've ever dealt with!! The color of the headboard in the picture is not accurate though, it's more like the color of the pillow on the chair maybe a little more brown. We saw the headboard in a local store so we knew what the color was going to be. If your unsure of color you can find these headboards at most stores that carry adjustable beds. I really love the look of this!

Beautiful headboard
This is a very nice looking headboard. The color is taupe and the nailheads add a very elegant feature. Highly recommend. Good quality, good price and made in the USA. It was missing some hardware but fantastic customer service arranged for replacement hardware which we received in two days. I saw the exact same headboard in a local store for twice the price. Great purchase.

Incorrect color on picture
IT'S DEFINITELY NOT THE SAME COLOR WHEN WE RECEIVED IT. I THOUGHT IT WAS A MAUVE LIKE COLOR, BUT IT'S BROWN. ONE OF THE PIECES DOES NOT HAVE THE HOLES TO SCREW IN THE NAILS, SO MY HUSBAND HAD TO MAKE HOLES. I DO LIKE THAT'S IT'S CUSHIONED AND WELL THE COLOR DOESN'T KILL ME. IT DEFINITELY MAKES OUR BED LOOK GRAND.

My very 1st Overstock purchase...
I was very scared of buying furniture from overstock. I love high end pieces and worried that the headboard would look cheap. I was very surprised to see how well made this headboard was. This is my first overstock purchase and my first time writing a product review. I felt obligated to let other buyers know that its ok to but this piece. I read all the reviews on this before purchasing. Someone said that the coloring on the headboard was more like the greenish color of the pillow in the picture. We were hoping he was correct! The color is a rich gold/green/mix. It's really beautiful. They should change the picture as it looks like you are getting a beige or light mocha color?. We almost did not purchase because where we really liked the style- we didn't like the color in the picture!! - but it was neutral looking and you can always change fabric if needed. This is heavy, well made and we love it. Anyway look at the pillow on the chair in the picture if you want a more accurate color.
