Table good; chairs bad
We are happy with the table; it is attractive, fits in a small area and was easy to assemble. The chairs, however, are a great disappointment. They, too, are attractive, but that's the only positive thing I can say about them. The seats are too low for the height of the table and the backs are too straight -- uncomfortably so. After trying them for a week I gave up and purchased new chairs (at great expense) elsewhere and the chairs in this set are now sitting in a spare room, awaiting some sort of disposal. They could not returned, of course, because by the time I discovered how uncomfortable they are, they had been assembled and the packing had been discarded.

Looks ok, table leaf not great fit
Arrived in good shipping cartons, chairs assemble in like 5 minutes, and look great, though the seats are not curved, so not as comfortable as they could be. The table went together pretty easily too, however the leaf was misdrilled, and had a big chunk out of the wood. There are small gaps where the leaf doesn't fit together flush, and you can't lock the leaf in place since the latches won't close on one side. Expected a bit better quality for the price. If I can get a new leaf piece shipped without having to return the set, that would make me happier as long as it fits properly.

Great table, chairs seats are a little small.
I love this table. It is easy to assemble and works great. It is easy to extend the table or to make it smaller. The finish is easy to clean and looks beautiful. The chair seats are slightly small and taller people complain that there is not enough leg room for them with the chair seat hitting them mid thigh.

Not what I expected
We have on multiple occasions attempted to take the chairs apart and glue them back and such since they rock and last I checked I didn't purchase a rocking chair. My guess is before this year is up I will need new chairs. Even the chairs that my 2 year olds sit on sway. If I knew this I would have not purchased them.

Great buy for a nice sturdy table!
Whle there were several pieces to put together, it was easy enough. And the table and chairs are sturdy. An excellent buy if you want a casual dining table very similar to those at. Without the leaf, it sits 4 people a little close, but the leaf extension seats 4 very comfortably and 6 well enough too. The extension mechanism is very smooth and works well, my husband was impressed and he is very picky. I'm very happy with this purchase after looking for something similar for a long time.

Good value
Good value. One of the bars between the legs of one of the chairs was cracked, but not an issue with the safety of the chair, so we didn't worry about it. Other than that, very happy with the set.

Great Dining Set
Arrived 2 days after ordering and everything was in great shape. Easy enough to assemble and looks great in our small dining area. Comfortably seats 6 with leaf in. Comes with plastic slides on chair feet, I switched them out for felt slides and used wood glue when assembling chair rungs. Should get a lot of years use out of it!
