I am looking for a skillet that is insulated on the bottom for more even heating..I have a smooth top stove and most skillets slide around and do not heat up evenly. I have one looks like this one but I really want to know if it is insulated or see the bottom before i purchase it.
Works great but you do need to use plastic items and the surface does scratch. I also hand wash most of the time to make the surface last longer although you can use the dishwasher. Nice heavy skillet for cooking.
