I have thad these glasses for 10 months and have NOT been disappointed. Overstock packing/shipping is excellant and I have not had a problem with broken glasses. I have purchased several sets and varieties of sizes and love them all. They are a good quality drinking glass which I have washed in the dishwasher several times with no problems. I have had only one broken glass thus far and they reason was dropping it on a granite countertop.
