Bought this vacuum after my bissell vacuum stopped working after a few months. This one has lasted quite a bit longer already and does a pretty good job. I really like the sweeper that comes with it because I can do quick cleanups on the stairs and the upstairs rooms in between regular cleanings.

The first time I used it , the belt broke. I emailed Overstock and they sent me a new belt. So, I had to wait another week to ues it. It is stiff and cumbersome to use. It doesn't fit under beds or furniture. I don't like it , but will keep it for now. I purchased a different Fantom vacuum from Overstock about 6 years ago and LOVED it , but it finally broke. It was a canister model. I would have purchased the same model again, but didn't see one offered. I am happy with the service I get from Overstock.
