it worked great on carpet not on hard floors, so it is a great vacuum on carpet only. attachments where nice too and worked well. Not a hard floor vacuum at all!

I have to say I was a little uneasy about purchasing a refurbished vacuum from online. I knew Fantom was a good brand so i gave it a shot. The refurbished vacuum doesn't look much like the picture but it is still a good looking vacuum. It was easy to snap together from the box. The cleaning power is wonderful. So far one of the best vacuums I've owned. The only down side about buying refurbished was it didn't come with all the attachments for the sofa and things of that nature. Still a great machine.

I love this vacuum. It has a large dirt cup so I covered a lot of area without having to empty the cup. The accessory wand is great you just push the button on the handle and the whole handle comes off allowing for a long extension hose, (I can vacuum my whole stare case without moving the vacuum.) The duster is easy to use all you do is put 2 AAA batteries in and wa la the duster spins and the vacuum sucks off the dust!! The duster works great on ceiling fans and grabbing those dust bunnies on the ceiling. The vacuum also works well on hard wood floors. I have had other vacuums that sad they worked but the just shot the dirt around but this baby sucks up all the hair and dirt on my wood floors!!

I am very pleased with this vacuum. The suction is very good and it is easy to use.You can not tell it is a refurbished vacuum. I received the vacuum within 2 days of placing my order.I will definately order from Overstock again.

excellent vacuum really is powerful and I like not having any bags to empty

I have been using an old vacuum for too long, so I was thrilled to get my new one. I was very pleased to see that all I had to do was take it out of the box, slide the handle in and it was ready to use. I have a long livingroom and hall, so I really enjoy the long cord for the plug in. The suction is great. It's easy to swith from carpet "mode" to flat floor "mode". The attacments are great for cleaning the stairs and furniture. However, there is no instructions on how or where to use the duster. And at one point it just shut off on it's own and would not turn back on. I tried it again in a couple of days and it started right up and has not been a problem since. Go figure.

Still trying to figure all this vacuum has to offer and am impressed with what I have found so far. Seems to be doing a very good job picking up dirt from carpets in my home. Good deal for the price.

I love this vacuum. The power is awesome and it is not terribly loud. You can see that the brushes have swept through the carpet. The tools are wonderful and I love the fact that you do not have to use the hose like with most vacuums to clean along the walls; the handle removes as an attachment instead. Awesome not to get caught up in the hose.
