Like others have already said, my comforter was also made for Eddie Bauer. It isn't as "full" or "fluffy" looking as a typical polyester filled comforter, which may be an issue for some but doesn't bother me. After a few weeks of sleeping with this comforter my only complaint is that it is too warm. Granted, I am in central Florida, but I am used to sleeping under a "regular" comforter, this one is MUCH warmer even though it looks thinner and is much lighter. Overall I am very pleased; just need a little cooler weather to fully appreciate this comforter!
Our goose down comforter arrived yesterday. It's far better than expected and we are just delighted. We read and re-read all the "offerings" on Overstock for down comforters and then settled on this one and we're so glad we did. Hope you get it back in stock so that others may enjoy it.
Initially my wife and I loved this comforter, warm and soft. However, after a year my wife started complaining that she was cold, so I took the comforter out of the duvet cover in order to fluff it. There was a absolute snow storm of down flying everywhere as we shook the comforter. Then, looking through the panels we realized why she was cold, all of the down in a number of the middle panels had migrated to the outside edges. The 'True Baffle box' did absolutely nothing. So sad, it was awesome in the beginning, but only getting one year out of it is just unacceptable.
