  • Press leaves much to be desired

    The press is just the right size for the space I have to put it in. The press gets hot in a reasonable amount of time. However, the press is poor by design. The front side base is so short that any amount of pressure applied to the handle will cause the press to tip over. The upper plate and lower plates touch only along the back edge. You can see daylight between the plates starting at 1 1/2 inches from the back. A great deal of weight must be applied in order to get the front edge of the plates to touch. This is ONLY possible when the back of the base is anchored by a strap, otherwise the press tips over. This product should be recalled for design flaws in safety. Definitely NOT worth the money. I have had to anchor the back of the base with a strap in order to make this product useful.

    Very disappointed. I tried to press a pair a pants and produict did not perform to expectations. Press unevenly. I would have been quicker using the iron. I had this product a few years ago and did an excellent job. I was very disappointed!

  • The owners manual is not well written in the Queen

    The product is good, but the owners manual is written by a Chinese person that does not have good command of the English language which makes it pretty difficult to understand. You just have to wing it to figure how to operate the iron.

    So disappointed I'm wearing those persons who likes to look good appearance is everything when I found his family presser. I thought I was in heaven but when I got it to my surprise it was no bigger than my iron I could not even put a pair pants on it. It does not even close all the way and when I try to use it it's took me about one hour to do one pair of pants I am trying to find a way to send it back and get a refund

  • I see that this product provides 100 lbs of pressure. Does that mean it has an air suction foot control that helps adhere the shirt to the pressing pad? Kinda like the ones in a dry cleaner business.
