Great soup pot!!
This pot is amazing. It's really lighter than the usual cast iron pot (I own a couple of those) and I couldn't wait to use it and make some veggie stew. I used medium to low heat (as suggested), but you don't even need to use high heat on the stove top. It really heats the pot through and all over for perfectly cooked meal. I love it!!!! If you have considered buying this pot, BUY IT!!!!

Have other pieces in this line and love them all. Half the weight of regular enameled cast iron but the quality of the enamel coating is just so excellent I cannot think of a better noun to describe it. Very happy with this purchase and cannot beat the price ANYWHERE...I have looked! Very happy O.co customer!
