Enamel coated cast iron pan
I like this pan. Nothing sticks, it is easy to clean, cooks evenly. Beats teflon, doesn't put toxic fumes in the air.

Great for steaks and pork chops and Ribs in the Over and On the Cooktop it`s just the right size to cook eggs and chili. I like it so Much i bought another Fagor Green in color to replace another one of our old pans.
